Rude and useless
The picture wouldn't come on my TV. So, based on recommendation, I went with these people to have it fixed. They came and collected it and returned it. The same issue of no picture reoccurred after 3 days. When I called about the problem, they were very rude to me and suggested I may have damaged it after they returned it to me. Avoid at all costs.

These guys are fantastic
These guys are fantastic, repaired my TV when others wouldn't and they were professional and cheap. Not fast but HONEST 10 out of 10.

Stay away from ''THIS GUY'' Go buy a new TV
Gave the guy my 60 inch LG before christmas 2023, The telly came back sometime early Feb 2024,gave him £225 or so, got receiptsomewhere in house, worked for a day or two and same problem of screen not coming on. He took the TV back for repair and I have given him calls for update but he comes with so many excuses.
The testing didnt work right, the part didnt perform well, waiting for refunds from parts supplier, ordering a new part, testing but tv not performing, gone on holiday without telling when he would return, just returned from holiday and looking into it, I am not in the shop, I will send the TV by tommorrow, I will send tv by friday, I will send tv my monday.
I have bought a new TV anyway now, it's been months
This guy sells second hand goods as well.
I phoned him today again and he is adamant that nothing is wrong with his head. 20.03. 2024
I have given him 24 hours to bring back my property, after 48 hours I shall be contacting Wst Midlands Police.

I cannot praise these guys enough. A fast turnround repair at a very reasonable cost. Totally honest & professional. I would definitely reccomend using them.

Bought my first Tv from the tv guys 4…
Bought my first Tv from the tv guys 4 years ago have since bought and upgraded another 6 TVs for the family he always takes the old TVs back in part exchange and gives us a great deal has also supplied my family and friends with TVs and every ones always been very happy amazing service strongly recommend 5 ⭐️
