I bought a Fulham fc shirt and I received the item damaged I feelt it was waste of time and money to return it and losing twice money I paid for delivery and returne.

We're really disappointed to receive this review given all our the support we have tried to give you.
As per any vintage clothing, the conditions all vary. The shirt you bought has fabric issues, which was described in the description and shown very clearly in the images on our website. Which you admitted on email, you did not read- whilst we offered a full refund.
Most of our shirts are brilliant condition, but they may all have an odd fault. This particular shirt's price was significantly reduced, due to it's fair condition.
As soon as you let us know, we explained the confusion and sent you everything you needed to complete a return- despite it wasn't our mistake on this issue.
We are still happy to accept the return, even though it's been over the 14 days.
It's particularly damaging to our growth, as a small business, to receive such a poor review considering all that we have offered you. Please do let us know via email if you would still like to return, for a full refund.
