Don't believe these positive reviews. It's probably the staff that have written them. Useless company, provided my contact details at point of booking, they said they had no details for me which is a lie. Tried emailing, WhatsApp heard absolutely nothing. Called 20 times for my call to be ignored, hung up on, transferred through to another customer twice! Noone wanted to help with the call, they told me I wasn't entitled to a refund. They wanted to charge me additional fees for the trip I booked when I did finally speak to someone. It took a total of 20 calls to try and get anywhere. Good luck to anyone trying to use this company. I will never be booking with them again.
UPDATE:
I have emailed countless times again and reached out over WhatsApp to confirm who the flights are with and AGAIN no response, I had to confirm with the hotel if a booking had even been made as I had no faith.. honestly save yourself the stress and don't book. I was advised that a manager was going to call me back, still waiting for that call.. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Ps. They've also tried to get this review down as defamatory and trust pilot agreed it wasn't..

I DEALT WITH JACKSON WHO IS IN THE SISTER COMPANY WHAT A SHAMBLES , AFTER QUOTING SEVERAL HOLIDAYS I DECIDED TO DECLINE THEN HE CAME BACK TO ME ASSURING ME HE FOUND A FRESH DEAL I WENT THROUGH IT IN DETAIL HOTEL FLIGHT PRICE AND AGREED TO GO AHEAD , HE BOOKED FLIGHTS AND THEN SUPRISE SUPRISE ALL OF A SUDDEN HOTEL WAS BOOKED UP WHILE WE WERE ON PHONE NONSENSE ,THEN HE WAS TELLING ME ALL OTHER HOTELS WERE MORE EXPENSIVE AND I PAY MORE OF COURSE DISGUSTING , HE ALSO TOLD ME I COULNT CANCEL FLIGHTS WHICH IS NONSENSE THERE IS A COST OF £55 CANCEL OUT OF MY POCKET OF COURSE , I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO ATOL AND OTHER GOVERNING TRAVEL ORANISATIONS TODAY IN THE HOPE THEY WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS AGAIN

I think they might be scammers
I’ve purchased a voucher from Wowcher and confirmed it , it’s been nearly a week I haven’t received no flight details or been contacted , I even called 3 times through out today and last Friday , I was told I would get a call back but I haven’t received anything I’m not sure if there scammers but I’ll be back to confirm.

Found a Wowcher deal from this company
WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Found a Wowcher deal from this company, booked dates, confirmed wanted to fly from Gatwick (one of their 4 confirmed airports) was told that I needed to pay over £100 more to fly from Gatwick. After saying it was a breach of online selling laws was offered £78 extra or two alternative holidays. Said I needed to speak to my husband, called back to say I would pay the £78 and they then said the hotel was not available. Basically tried to get me to book a different holiday AGAIN! I then needed a confirmation email from them to say that they could not offer me the hotel I booked but they are not answering my emails or text messages so I cannot claim the £650 I have paid for the holiday they are unable to provide!!!!

Do not use this company!
Do NOT use this company. I purchased a voucher with Wowcher for a break provided by the Travel Makers and decided to not go ahead with the booking. I was within my rights for a refund within 14 days but this company refused to assist with this. I called them for support and was hung up on and told that someone would get back to me but this never happened. They ignored all my emails and stopped replying to Whatsapp messages. Many of the staff members I spoke to were rude and dishonest. They offer you flights with stop overs for short haul flights and then try and add on money if you want a direct flight. Trust the bad reviews and not the good ones. I have read so many negative reviews here and elsewhere that state similar issues and many people who state that their holidays were cancelled without notice. They also only want to speak to you on the phone so there is no record of the conversation. Please pick a reputable company instead of this one.

I purchased a voucher from wowcher for a trip to Barcelona, not knowing exactly how it worked. Fortunately, Sonika spent the time to discuss options with me. When it seemed that my options for Barcelona were going to be too expensive we took another look at Italy. Sonika was able to find me a great deal in Italy for four nights. It did take me a long time to decide, but Sonika was friendly and always helpful. She is a great asset to the company. However, I don't think I will buy a travel voucher again, since I saw some more affordable options elsewhere, and unless you get the advertised price you don't know how much you will have to pay.
