Crappy service
I purchased Ultra pro playmat toploaders, online store pictured new stock. I received old dusty and grimey stock, not suitable for purpose. I emailed my concerns as stated and recieved a rude reply - "I'm not familiar personally with the items you've purchased or your order in particular, but we don't sell anything used. Everything is brand new from the manufacturer or distributor, and never been used. It's possible things have dust on them, because they do sit on a shelf until they are purchased ... just like if you go to Kmart or Bunnings and find an item that might not be very commonly used, it may be dusty"
They don't sell this product at Kmart and Bunnings, if I saw item in any store covered in dust and dirty I would not purchase. No matter how common the item is with your customers new clean products as advertised should be provided upon purchase. Their customer service is lacking any professionalism in my opinion. For added context - Ultra pro playmat toploaders are used to protect and keep clean tcg playmats, not any use if already dirty.
