Fake attorney credentials - verify before paying
Contacted after filling out their website form and got a follow-up call from a different number than their listed main line. Quoted $1,285 to file a trademark. Before paying anything, I looked into the company and found several red flags: the site lists four "attorneys" whose bios say "Licensed in [blank]" or "Licensed State(s): United States" - not a real credential, since attorneys are licensed by individual state bars, not the country as a whole. I could not verify any of the four names in a state bar lookup. Several client testimonial photos are mismatched with the names given (a man's photo under a female name and vice versa) and photos are reused across different testimonials. The company name closely resembles a real, established trademark firm that has been operating since 1992. I did not pay or authorize any filing, and I'd recommend anyone considering this company verify attorney credentials independently before paying anything.
