DO NOT trust this company for any help once the reservation is made. We had so many issues with our house and not ONE was fixed or serviced. They were quick to take care of the reservation and the money for all the extras we paid for, but not to refund or fix when there were issues. Garbage was not picked up for our extra fees, The pool gate was a bust, pool heat was not turned on even though we paid for it... There were lots of apologies and many emails, but nothing that we reported was helped. VERY frustrating and upsetting.

Easy changes
We have had a few changes because of the scheduling of the event we are attending kept changing. Top Villas has been excellent with communication and making the changes we needed. We haven't even arrived and we feel like we are taken care of well.
