SCAM SCAM SCAM trying to blackmail to leave a 4-5 star review!

I confirmed a membership by mistake, but was able to fall back on great support and help from the servicedesk agent.
Although I'm unable to say anything about their products (no purchase), I was enthousiastic of their offers.

Scamed into membership, have no idea how I signed up as I accessed a completly different site. I asked for a refund and membership cancellations and they said they would refund me and cancel the membership, but after I made them aware I will dispute the charge on my card anyway and use the chat as evidence that I tried to sort it out with them and got no resolution.
I got my refund from the bank, but they still need to have it confirmed by the merchant, so I need to wait and see if it will be a succesful refund

CAUTION - i got signed up as a member via paypal (i still dont know how!) i contacted them and they stated that they are "making an exception" to their policy and giving me a refund but only
"It's important to note that we're required to ask for ratings between 4 to 5 stars to proceed with the refund"
basically give us a good review or no refund!!!
I told them this is a blackmail situation and asked for my refund - as you can tell no refund has arrived so please take care when using the company (i did try 3 times to "waste" my money on unwanted goods each time out of stock!!) im still over £120 out of pocket

SCAM. SCAM. SCAMMERS. Only reason they have 1 star is because I can’t do no stars. This company is a total farce. Saw an ad for a travel bag on Facebook and went to buy it. All of a sudden I’m being told that Ive bought a membership?????? When I contacted them about my order I was told that they hadn’t received the money as the transaction was declined. It wasn’t. They have been paid. Beware of this company and DO NOT buy anything from them. This is a clever scam

Total scam do not deal with this company another fake company from China

I was scammed into membership with this company. I was on my Instagram and saw a promotional ad which I went into and paid for the product I wanted, upon paying I was then redirected to this company website and was told I just signed up for membership which I did not, I only paid for a promotional order. When I contacted them they canceled my membership without my request and they refuse to refund me. I have screenshots of my purchase I was making making and also of the online chat as proof.
