This company is a scam, do not buy from this company.

It's been a month I ordered a swimming pool did not get it and not even a refund almost 50.00 I ordered June 11 -20-24 still nothing I called the BBB and gov. It's a fraud a scam

They had a SawStop PCS175 Professional Cabinet Saw W/Safety Brake listed for $99 which has to be a mistake or scam. It is close $3500.00. I could see a $350 price being a mistake but it is such a good deal that many take the chance and order it. I will contact my bank and let them know it may be disputed if a scam. I will post after I order it. maybe the shipping is $3400.

Tool-on-Store is a scam! Do not order anything from their website. I unfortunately did last February (2021), and still have not received my order. I have ask for a refund as well with no success. All I get is excuses. I wish there was a negative star scale.

Ordered item. Shortly thereafter had a fake PayPal email sent. Also had another email sent that the item was not ordered. Sent the phishing email to paypal

I paid $18 to get 3-5 days delivery. It took 9 Days to arrive to US from Hong Kong!!! They forgot to mention that.

Then 5 days.

Dishonest Company.

When a deal sounds like it is too good to be true, it always is. I ordered two Dell power cords at a ridiculously low price of $60.80 for the pair. It took 42 days for the items to arrive. They were not what I ordered. There return policy is 30 days. Now, they are having me taking photos of everything. I have. It is getting to the point it is just not worth it. I strongly recommend everyone read the reviews before buying anything, ever.

I ordered a jacket they sent me the wrong color when I told them about it they ask me to take a picture and send it to them I did and sent it back then they said it had a small stain on it and wasn't going to send me another one till I went back and forth with them then they told me it was going to be over night mail to me they lied about that they are a joke

I'll not waste my time and money ordering anything from this outfit again. They cancelled my order in less than a day. Don't know how long it's going to take to get my CC. refunded. Or IF. Had to tap one star just to get this far.

ORDER #14230 was my 63rd birthday present. I followed it from the Red Store to the day of my birthday it was suppose to arrive. We stayed home so as to not miss the fed-x truck. Got email from Red Store stating it was delivered and put in garage. No one ever delivered anything. Called Fed-x and gave them the tracking number. Fed =x stated they had put that in a garage but not mine but a different address and in another state and not even my name. Sent email to The Red Store and never got a reply. I called then and talked to a guy that stated he would get back to me in a couple of hours that my order was sent some place else. After 5 hours no call back so I called again told I would get a refund and I could order again. Bad birthday, and treated badly with no respect. After looking into the savings i was to get I see they inflated the price acting like it was on sale when I have found the same thing on Amazon at the same price. i dont know why so many bad reviews. i order on weekend a dust extractor and received on tuesday. good customer service and no problem with anything. good job

We are aware that in the past there may have been some delivery issues, this is a communication error on our end and we want to let everyone know that since then we have improved massively and extend our sincerest apologies.

We want to make a fresh start here at The Tool Store, we've started by updating the website to give a cleaner, more professional look. A new selection of staff have been hired to give nothing but outstanding customer service and e-mails are checked daily. The DRAPER website is being updated daily which is where most of the bad reviews came from, some items were showing as 'in stock' when they were not. This is down to our old Webmaster, again, apologies.

We have a team of experts on hand ready to help at all times during opening hours, any other queries may be answered by E-mail. I'll be more than happy to help.

I wish I'd read the reviews first. I too thought this was a Draper online site and paid by Worldpay. Only to have no confirmation from the Tool Store but I did have my Worldpay receipt. Contacted them a number of times to be told delay in delivery from Draper...eventually told they were out of stock and would reimburse me. Nothing doing. Phoned today and had phone put down on me. The Tool Store is owned by Glen Tizzard living in Moordown, Dorset and Secretary is his wife. I think this is definitely a scam company

Ordered a Milwaukee M12 Heated Jacket, a charger and 2 batteries for a Christmas gift on 11/27/17 (to be opened on or after Christmas day 12/25/17). 1 of the batteries is bad - which was obviously shipped bad from redtool.com. I contacted them in early January to let them know they shipped me a bad battery. They told me that because of "timeframe of the order" they are not responsible for the problem and that I need to contact Milwaukee direct and see if they can help with the issue. On their website they state "Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us." - Don't believe it; they want nothing to do with you after they make the sale. I will NEVER buy from them again and would highly recommend you stay away from this store!!!

Seems I not alone. Recently bought and paid for goods costing £21.00 and had all the invoices etc emailed to me.
After a week I had not had notification of despatch so rang. I was told the item was enroute to them and would be with them in 2 days and I would get the item the next day. I double checked with the sales dept, (seems like a one man band as always speak to the same guy), that it was on the way and was assured it was.
The item never arrived and when I rang again I was told the item was discontinued. With this I requested an immediate refund. I was then told I would have to email the accounts dept. to request the refund. The saleman emailed the email address. I could not believe I had to do this when they had taken my money and had no item ordered to send me!
I have since called twice again and emailed 3 times and get excuses but have never had any replies to my emails.
This company do not deserve to be in business, are not trustworthy and still have my money. I even emailed Draper head office to let them know how their suppliers treat their customers.
Avoid this company at all costs if buying online.

over a week later had heard nothing. Rang Draper [who I thought I had dealt with] not interested! Finally realized I had been redirected to The Tool Store. Multiple phone calls later [several to 084 numbers] and many promises and excuses e.g we had it ready to go but DPD did not collect; oh sorry I have found your order just going to type a label and send it off;
oh it is still here you will get it tomorrow. Ha!Ha!
I finally hear from DPD that it is on its way for delivery Today. now three weeks. Be Warned!

Went into hedge end Southampton branch ,looked online had to shout for service,and never minded that if they were busy.
However what an arrogant sales person,I think he thought he was doing me a favour .
Needless to say I won't rush back ,screwfix is across the road ,

Wife ordered a Draper 24v charger to replace the damaged one on my drill. Took the money immediately and never sent the goods. No word from them, no receipt even sent. Complete theft.
