I bought a watch from this shop and when I got back to my hotel I could see the quality of the watch was bad the next day I when back to get my money back and he pointed at a sign up in the corner high up so you don't see it when you buy please avoid at all cost don't get mugged like me

No response when use the link contact us. I bought the nexus pro with a warranty. The watch broke after one trip to the shower.

I received a damaged Rolex watch. They used scotch tape on a broken belt. They don't reply to my email.
Belt can not be repaired . it has to be replaced.

These guys are great. T hey made the process super easy and everything came in as they stated. Their communication was very responsive. Extremely pleased with this purchase.

I recently received my order from this watch store, and I am more than pleased. The shipping was impressively fast, and the quality of the watch is superior. I can wear it everyday and it keeps great time.

I did write a very scathing review on this company as the first watch I received was of poor quality.

I returned it and have now received a replacement which I have to say is a huge improvement.

I am now happy. I would have given a higher score if I got this watch in the first place.

Charges on my credit card from this online store are fraudulent. Never heard of them before.

Don't buy from these people! I'm not sure if they are dishonest or incompetent. I returned item per their return policy, I got proof of delivery, but after several weeks they still won't issue a refund, even after several promises! Very disappointing that they operate that way!

I ordered a Bulova Accutron and when I received it I didn't like the look on my arm. The Time Store sent me a return label and I sent it right back. Then began the trouble. After three emails I finally got a reply back about my return! They informed me they had NOT received the return. I then supplied the tracking info where it was returned and delivered to them and signed for by one of their agents. Now, even though I was promised 'an immediate refund' once the return was confirmed it took me 5 more days and a bunch more emails before they finally gave my money back...and then only after a 3 day period for the credit to appear on my Mastercard account! DON'T buy from them unless you KNOW you will be keeping what you buy!

I scoured the internet and a few local malls and big box stores. None of them came close to the price I found at the Time Store - and it was an authorized internet retailer, so I received the manufacturer's full warranty. The manager there was polite, professional and responsive when I called there to confirm that it was an authorized retailer, and he insured that my new watch was promptly dispatched to me -- with free shipping. I tell all my friends where I purchased it, because they all have complimented me about the watch.

I purchased a watch as a gifl. The order was processed quickly and my watch arrived just as promised. Excellent service! Would definitely order from this company in the future.

I had some yips with my initial experience with The Time Store but Abe came to the rescue and made me a customer for life! I would highly recommend dealing with this company and definitely lean on Abe, he will go above and beyond for his customers.

I got my Casio Limited edition item (couldnt find it anywhere else) within 2 days For FREE! And with the 20% off discount! Really happy that I went through with the order after seeing a couple of mediocre reviews! Not sure why the complaints, my experience was great!

The Time Store has a large selection of quality watches. I was looking for a model with some very specific features and was able to find it. My order was handled quickly and accurately. I was updated on the progress of my order from placement to shipment and it arrived when promised. I will definitely be ordering more watches from them. The only downside is they make it too easy to buy a quality watch and I am sure I will be back to their store.

One, getting the watch in such fast timing before the holidays was great! Not to mention the awesome customer service. Only issue was the inaccuracy on the website on Black Friday. I ordered a watch that was not actually in-stock at the time of purchase, but Abe from customer service did a tremendous job on helping me find another watch that I would love and still honored the sale price for Black Friday. I am certain my husband will love his Christmas present!

I ordered from the Time Store online with the understanding that it was an actual store located in upstate NY. The order included free 2 day shipping. After a week and a half I decided to call their customer service number. My first red flag was that the customer service hours listed on the website were PST hours. I thought the store was in NY?!?! Anyways, someone answered the phone simply by saying "hello?". She passed me on to a gentlemen who said that the website was wrong and that the watch I wanted was NOT in stock. He offered me 30% off a different watch of my liking. I don't think so buddy! You dropped the ball and left my order hanging... I don't think the store is where you advertise it is... I'll pass. I wasn't going to leave a review at all but I got an email asking for one so here you go!

The link to thetimestore.com was forward to me after I was looking for particular Baby-G watch. Unfortunately the style is no longer being made and the workers from the company made sure that i got the best experience so he offered to look some similar styles and I am very very happy with my purchase. Now that's good customer service and support.
