The next time I travel to Italy I will definitely be using The Thinking Traveler. It was like having your own personal concierge from start to finish. My initial booking with Grace was amazing. She was so helpful in choosing the right location in Sicily and then the right villa for our large group. Melissa was awesome helping us plan all our excursions, car rentals, daily chef service, and honestly anything we needed. During our stay both Melissa and Annalisa were in touch daily helping us with last minute details. They helped with last minute dinner reservations, beach reservations, massages, transfers etc. The service was flawless and I honestly cannot say enough about their team. They made you feel like family. I am grateful to The Thinking Traveler for making my mom's 80th birthday so special. And of course I have to give a shout out to our amazing chef Francesco who prepared 4 lovely meals during our stay. And to Davide who manages the gorgeous La Favorita villa and was so helpful with every little extra detail during our stay. You won't be disappointed. It's a special place with a top notch team managing your experience.

Villa was even better than photos and description. Artemis the local agent was incredibly helpful with restaurant and activity reservations. Booking staff was also great with villa selection and made the process seamless.

Everything worked perfectly, the transfers were easy and it was lovely to arrive on (and leave) the island in a RIB. The villa was beautiful with fantastic views. The islanders were so friendly and helpful and the food and wine was consistently of a high standard. Christiana, the island host, was faultless and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it.

We booked our trip to Sicily through The Thinking Traveler and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our initial contact, Jonathan, was outstanding and set the tone for the whole trip. Barbara, Giovanna, and Federica — our local contacts in East Sicily — were equally fantastic. They helped with dinner reservations, beach trips, winery tours, and any questions we had along the way. Grace helped me select the villa to rent based on our needs. Once booked the local team worked with me on experiences, airport transfers, car rentals and dinner reservations. Everyone was supportive, knowledgeable and kind. The property was exceptional and we had a fabulous week.

nothing was too much trouble, communications were seamless, & the quality & personal attention were second to none. our holiday meant just as much to TTT as it did to us. we would wholeheartedly recommend & engage again.

The house was great but the best part was the staff and the advice and help we received. They were so helpful and responsive. It made a huge difference.

Great selection of top notch properties, excellent booking administration, and superb on location service from local villa reps.

Booking agent was very efficient during process and local agents were excellent when I arrived at the rental house. good local advice and dealt with every issue quickly. only negative was slight misrepresentation of the property which was very near the airport (even if the planes did not fly directly overhead).

We were pleased with our welcome and introduction to the house. Ben was great with showing us everything. We could have used some printed info on the recycling but the housekeepers helped us sort everything out. We ordered the welcome dinner on our arrival night and it was fantastic, great to just enjoy the house upon arrival and be taken care of. Staff was responsive when we had an issue with hot water, problem was solved quickly and did not reoccur.

This is the best Villa specialist we have ever used, completely professional and quick to reply. Nothing was too much too ask and they will certainly be our go to Villa specialists going forward without any hesitation.

The quality of the properties is fantastic. The local partners of TTT are also very on target with a tremendous amount of help given to the needs of the renters.

Great company. We were looked after every step of the way. The villa was outstanding in terms of facilities, decor and location. The local contacts in Lefkada were attentive and helpful, organising boat trips, restaurant bookings and replacing a coffee machine within half an hour of my text to report it. We were very impressed by the company and would definitely recommend.

We received very helpful knowledge from the local team regarding sites, beaches, vineyards and restaurants. The local team also knew the house and the owner which presented a house that they collectively wanted to suit our needs.

Every thing was unique

Prearranged transfers were on time and professional… local staff very helpful with sightseeing ideas and dinner reservations.. villa cleaning was excellent as well as all villa cooking was great…
Only item would be for a large group need more house keys to accommodate different schedules….
