Excellent service received my money really fast was happy with the offer. They made me pretty good company.

Sent in a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra last week, got offered £450, then dropped down to £260. Countless e-mails and social media messages sent and not a single response. It says on the sight that funds go into your account on the same day, as yet the funds are like dust in the wind, yet to appear! I’ve tried resetting my password and keep sending the link and hear absolutely nothing. Not at all impressed, as that money is needed for valuable medical equipment in a new set of glasses.

Would give 0 stars if able.... sent My phone off 14th February after being quoted £151, heard nothing for 2 weeks then eventually got an email saying new proce has phone had significant damage (it didnt) and would.now only offer £40!!!! This was nearly 3 weeks ago, I declined the offer and I'm still waiting to receive my phone back... I have sent numerous emails, contacted on all social.media avenues and they've all been ignored.... still have no idea where my phone is....

Got offer for My Galaxy S22, sent it off in the prepaid envelope they provided. That's where any good service ends. Two weeks later still nothing heard. Have sent a couple of messages which have been ignored. Wish had read some of these reviews before sending my phone off.

Had my phone for 10 days now with no sign of the money or my phone. Contacted customer service 6 days ago with no response. Terrible experience with no way of me finding out where my device is. No email updates since they recieved it. Beyond useless.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Got offered £430 for a perfect condition iPhone 13X Max.. upon review they told me that the offer I received was incorrect and would be given £300 instead. Complete waste of time.. the whole experience has almost taken a month and now I have to go through the whole experience again with a different company.

Why can’t you give zero stars. Wow just wow that’s all I can say…… offered £410 for my pro max 12. Yes a few light surface scratches buts that’s it. The email reads due to the amount of scratches we have reduced the offer to £60. The phone really is immaculate apart from a few surface scratches. What an absolute joke of a company. I wonder how many people they have ripped off!!!!!

They got back to me amending their offer to £40 after receiving it due to multiple cracks and scratches!

I asked for it back and then on eventually receiving it videoed and photographed the virtually immaculate phone!!

Ordered an iPhone 11in very good condition, really fast delivery, unfortunately it got damaged in transit, and had a small crack in the screen.
Communication was replied very quickly, and while a solution was offered I was unable to take it as it was a birthday present for my daughter and I needed it urgently.
They gave me a returns label ( tracked with royal mail).
Great communication all the way through and refund given very quickly.
A real pleasure to do business with, and I hope that I can use again in the future.
Highly recommended eBay seller.

they reduced my price by 100 pounds. i rejected the offer and used backmarket. they gave me the promised price.

Was offered 470 for a S22 ultra...sent it in and they revised the offer to 330. The screen was immaculate as was the casing due to protection from day one. Have asked for it back and will be going for a more reliable company.
I've since sold my device at full price as it was perfect. Then trust pilot contact me as they might remove my review. My review stands...they offer big and then change there mind. I still have the emails. Steer clear

Used Compare and Recycle website to compare quotes for my iPhone 14 Pro Max and Tech Octopus came up near the top. Sent off my pristine iPhone in the supplied packaging. The next day I received an email stating that they were reducing my offer by £200 due to 'numerous scratches on the device and 2 very deep scratches'. The phone is pristine and has been kept in a case for the whole year I've had it. Declined the offer and got them to send the phone back. Checked it over (believing they may have intentionally scratched it) and it's in perfect condition so they're clearly just lying to their customers. Requested photos of my phone and conveniently they don't provide them as 'they process so many phones it's not possible'. Avoid.

Great communication, on-time delivery, and (above all 😀) great value. iPhone 12 Pro Max looks and functions like new - thanks to all.

Crap company don't you ever send the phone to this company they are crap and rips you off money they say about their tech experts how good they are and when you say to them to about photos that you have made to the phone you sold them, you even send them pictures how it camed, they answered that they don't do photos, I asked them about the condition of the phone if it is like in picture they didn't bother to answer, they don't communicate about this stuff just so they can fool more people, they said scratched screen when it wasn't and chipped frame, and they reduced the price with 190 pounds they said it is poor condition when it wasn't the case, they answer oh we don't take pictures to the phones.

Absolute sham of a company. Sent an as new phone to be told there was an issue with the charging point so only worth £40. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this phone, it was sent fully charged! . It’ll be interesting to see the state it’s returned in. Sell privately and avoid this company at all costs

Sent my mobile to this company and I received the money which I was quoted on the same day they received the phone I can't fault this company quick and efficient definitely use this company again

Waste of time, criteria condition of phone not accurately specified and the difference between good and poor for me was a £149, when back on the same comparison website and got a higher price. These are a bunch of cowboys the company needs to get closed!
