I had an issue with my iPhone dropping calls
I had an issue with my iPhone and Shawn responded very promptly. He is very knowledgeable and did his best to help me resolve the issue. He spent time troubleshooting, offering suggestions, and researching for further answers. I felt very supported and I would highly recommended his services.
