I’ve been using the Leamington Spa branch now for just over 2 years. Lesley and the rest of the team are so welcoming every time you go into store. They all provide a person centred service to the customers knowing them on first name terms makes you feel valued. Lesley always decorates the store throughout the seasons making the shop comfortable and friendly. Lovely group of people.

The maypole branch whilst called happy tan was convenient for me to use, however I found it really expensive and the joining / yearly fees were ridiculous.

However now the tanning shop have taken over I’m much happier using it, the staff there are all super friendly unlike some of the previous staff who could be rude and play favouritism with their friends.

Met the area manager and got talking to her (09/10/2024) really nice young women.

Signed up for a new offer, got a discount, had a fun chat with both ladies behind the counter and stayed at the tanning shop when I had planned to leave and join kwik tan.

Sorry to hear your leaving Chelsea, you were the best of the previous staff and I’m sad to hear your going.

All staff are so lovely felt so comfortable and rooms were lovely and clean xx

I have a lovely experience when I go to get a tan. They go beyond to meet the needs of their customers. They are very professional and well mannered I personally love going there it makes me smile. They’re all always happy to see you, which makes my day. Thank you to the manger Narda Malisa and Juliana keep being who you are.

Super nice staff, always clean beds. Lilly it’s going above and beyond! I’ve seen her working on the very busy time, the queue was outside the shop and she smoothly managed to allocate all customers with polite, respectful manner. Everyone was satisfied too.
I am visiting the shop very often and Lily is always very informative about new offers without forcefully selling.
She definitely has a passion for her work and amazing customer service.

Registered at chatham high street tanning shop with a knowledgeable manager called ellie, firstly she was so welcoming and wholesome. Very informative and made me feel at ease. Informed me of the deal when sign up plus a further deal on lotions which I took her up on. She wasn't forceful or even felt like she was upselling; she definitely has a passion for her work and amazing customer service. Also tunes in the shop were bang on point!! Felt very comfortable and look forward to future visits. Thanks again ellie x

So I came in there was an absolute stunner behind the counter, she’s always really polite, cleans the beds well the stores got a lot cleaner since she’s been there and she gets you on the beds fast I think her names Evie I love her she makes the store amazing!

I come into the tanning shop regularly and I always see Evie she’s always so helpful and lovely and the store is always clean when she is on shift! I think she is an excellent role model to your store Xx

Ellie the manager at chatham kent highstreet is an absolute asset to the company. Friendly, professional and always going above and beyond. When she is working the shop is so clean and tidy, she takes the time to help and make you feel so welcome Ellie is so polite and always smiling this is the best tanning shop and I will never go anywhere eles all staff are polite and professional but Ellie is just amazing 😁 I have been going since the 8th may 2024 and it is the only tanning shop I will use

Tara manager from South Kensington is an absolute asset to the company. Friendly, professional and always going above and beyond. When she is working the shop is so clean and tidy. I have been visiting the shop for a good few years and no one has compared to her. Please Please make sure she stays. Gem of a lady.

I have come to the tanning shop Charlton a few times now and I can say that every time Samantha is on shift I leave with a massive smile on my face. In busy times she remains calm and really does her above and all for all customers. I can see that she has built rapport with so many customers, including me. She always explains the beds, packages and lotions in detail and I am always happy to see her when I come in for a tan. She really is an asset to your business.

Unfortunately, the tanning lamps were not replaced for a long time, waste of money, fraud. I was at Charlton twice 3 weeks ago, waste of money....
the beds have old tanning lamps , I was there for the last time today.
19.08 - here are the details - you don't replace tanning lamps, it often happens in salons, that's why you lose customers.

Well where to start! Ollie from the London Bridge Tanning Shop location is always such a friendly face upon entering the store! His customer service skills are next level top notch and he’s always willing to go the extra mile for his customers! I’ve noticed this for me and well as other customers within the store! After my last visit, the sun angel session I had booked has some issues but Ollie was soon to my rescue with assisting me and making sure I had everything I needed! People like Ollie make us want to keep coming back 🙂 keep up the good work and get that boy a pay rise haha!

What a wonderful experience at your Charlton Branch on Sunday 4 August! Excellent customer service! Charming lady who I understand is new. She listened, taking the time to show me how the bed worked.
I haven’t been on a sunbed for years and was concerned about burning. She gave me a minimum time of 5 mins on a lay down as a starting point.

Merlisa in Clapham is great at her job always nice to everyone and always making sure she’s keeping on top of the cleaning I always love seeing her when I come in she’s a hard worker she’s a keeper

The Tanning Shop on Lavender Hill in Clapham has always been my favourite! The shop is kept up to such a high standard. Merlisa and Nadia are both always so helpful, incredibly kind and friendly. They have wonderful energy and offer fantastic customer service. it wouldn’t be the same without them. 5 star!

I am new to tanning shops and tanning in general. I signed up as a new member with a lady called Samantha and she was so informative. She went through all the different creams with me, and suggested a few for what I was asking for. All the ladies are lovely in here and always have a smile on their faces. One thing I do notice and love is when Samantha is on shift, the beds are always laid out neatly, even with a wipe and disposable eye covers for you. I know that’s only little but it’s the little things that count. Thank you ladies at Tanning shop Charlton!

Been going there for 4 years in Sutton it’s a lovely clean friendly environment all the staff now in there a really nice helpful great customer service very clean well run by Zara the manager who seems to do a great job with her staff and shop would not go to any other sun bed shop only if Zara left as I just feel she knows who too keep a shop clean and running like clock work iam a member Mariae neary
