Have bought a few products from this company, they are beautiful and smell gorgeous around your home, the room sprays are part of my daily ritual. Everything about these products is lovely from the packaging to the scents and the ethos behind them! Customer service at the Christmas market very friendly and explained the products also smooth transaction online and delivery quick.

The service from this company was great but what stands out most is the beautiful fragrance and burn of their candles.
I bought the crackling fireplace candle. I lit it and went to cook dinner, the fragrance stopped me in my stride as I returned. It’s stunning and truly mesmerising. It’s Christmas in a flame, subtly depicting oranges, cloves and vanilla. Not overpowering but still noticeable. The fragrance carries well and is very nostalgic. A true winner!

Absolutely adore these candles, they even smell great in a room when not burning. Have recently purchased the oils too, and they are a beautiful addition! Great to use in a diffuser or a few drops on your wrist, with the added peace of mind of natural ingredients. Highly recommend Theta Naturals, both for yourself or as a thoughtful gift.

Products all arrived really well wrapped and with a hand written note which was lovely extra personal touch.
I also asked for a new sprayer as I had broke mine for one of my room sprays I had purchased a while a go and Cayla sent this along with my new purchases, which I really appreciated.

I first came across Theta when a friend bought me the Connect room spray as a gift and I was instantly hooked not only on the products but the ethos of the company and founder.

For years I have bought from Neom, Pott and Neal’s Yard but I genuinely think the Theta products are far superior - with the all important added bonuses of being ethical, sustainable and produced by a small, independent business. The founder, Cayla, is also an incredibly kind and caring person.

I have the candles and room sprays and will no longer shop anywhere else. As a spiritual and intuitive person, I really connect with the products and genuinely think they hit differently. I also host breathwork and meditation classes where I also use the sprays to create a more calming environment.

Cannot recommend enough!

I bought this as a gift for a friend, who likes it. I haven’t had a chance to smell it myself, though. The packaging was nice and there was a sweet little hand written note, which was a really lovely touch

The customer service is over and above and this company really cares about what they produce and the people they do it for. I have used the whispering forest wax melts, which is a gentle woody fresh scent, reminiscent of frost woodland walks. Beautiful. The uplift room oil makes the whole house sing with a centering and uplifting citrus. I love it so much I’ve popped the bottle in my handbag to help me remain calm and focus throughout the day. Cannot rave about them enough.

Parcel arrived in good time and wrapped really well. A pleasure to open. Thankyou so much for a free gift and taking time to write a note to go with it. I havnt burnt the candle yet as its a Christmas one but I will definitely order again. Thankyou

The products are AMAZING- I got some candles, a melt and the sleep essential oil- everything smells amazing and is such good quality- when I burn the candles they change the energy in the room. I work as a massage therapist and use these candles all the time because they induce such a calming state. I am so looking forward to the room spray too. Love this company. Thank you Theta!
