No customer support at all. Emailed the support address 10 times with no reply. Facebook no reply. Instagram replies but doesn't help. Avoid.

Ordered an item which later got confiscated by customs. I had selected and paid for an insurance in case somethibg like this happens. I have been inquiring about a refund for two months now and have not gotten my money back.

From "The Swiss Hemp I ordered 2 different types of CBD flower strains. Strain 1 was "Cookie Skittles" Outdoor of 1 ounce. I ordered this strain on Thursday April 25th 2024 the delivery time to the UK was excellent it arrived on Wednesday May 1st which is 6 days This strain has a strong smell, you get alot of buds for your money, I dont smoke to get high so this CBD strain does its job for unwinding on a stressful day, I should have ordered both strains together together to save on shipping costs. Strain NO2: Trim V1 GreenHouse.: I ordered strain no2 of Trim V1 GreenHouse on Saturday April 27th 2024 my order arrived to the UK on the 4th May 2024 which is 7 days once again fast and excellent delivery. I havent tried The TRIM V1 greenhouse yet but you get alot for for the price. Chantelle Roberts UK .

Clearly you have done a wonderful job! The CBD flowers smell fresh and look beautiful. Sadly the seal was broken of the package probably at customs (nl) or at the delivery company in The Netherlands. The Helvatica Zkittlez bag was opened but the seal on top was not ripped off ... Mega Weird. I couldn't open Kanacheese bag without ripping of the beautiful seal of your product. So it was weird to see i could open the Helvetica without ripping of the seal. (that makes you doubt if someone touched the flowers other than your super company.)

Theswisshemp used to be really good, but now it seem they're selling cheap autoflower bud that doesn't taste good, using the same strain names as before, which, again, used to be really good but are all quite bad now. Disappointed with my last 2 orders. It feels like the company has different owners now that lowered the companies quality standards while still exploiting the brand name that was built on quality before.
Btw, leaving a product review on their site doesn't work anymore, it gives a solve captcha error when submitting, but there's no captcha present.
