Disgraceful customer service dishonest company
I purchased a table on line from this company in a cream antique colour , It was delivered in pure white , I called Lena the owner who said that 2 of the same table had been delivered the same day and it there could have been a mistake ,which she assured me would be corrected . After 4 days of waiting I called her and she said she had not been able to speak to the other customer , and left it at that , I called her back the next day and asked for a refund as I needed a dining table for Christmas and couldn't wait .she refused . I called the CAB who confirmed I was within my rights to have a refund as the table was not the one I ordered in good faith and paid for. After many letters this company has totally ignored me . The other big companies offer a 14 days return and refund on their goods .which is following the consumer rights . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY to any online shopper
