This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
I purchased multiple items through Sverve, only to find out later that one of the bags I had already paid for was actually out of stock. I also received a damaged pearl necklace and had to pay customs and import charges on an item that arrived defective.
While the company initially apologized and offered a replacement or store credit, the explanations and positions kept changing throughout the process. The replacement necklace also raised additional quality concerns.
The issue was not a single mistake, but a series of problems: selling an unavailable item, delivering a damaged product, questionable quality, inaccurate product descriptions, and lengthy back-and-forth communication to obtain clear resolutions.
What frustrated me most was the inconsistency. At every stage, I seemed to receive a different explanation, policy, or justification. Instead of a smooth luxury shopping experience, the process became exhausting and unnecessarily complicated.
After this experience, I would strongly recommend purchasing directly from the designers whenever possible rather than using this platform.
