It’s so dumb the way they run business.

Bought a pair of pants and then was told they sadly was out of stock, I said sure and asked for my money back. Had to write to 2 different emails. First email send me a refund link, and then the second email said the order was processed and otw? They clearly doesn’t know what they are doing and have terrible communication in their company.

I ordered from the website late at night and the checkout was straightforward. The hoodie fits well, though the sleeves are a touch longer than I prefer. Quality is solid overall.

I bought some socks and a hat from Thesupermade as a small test order. Both items look good and feel comfortable, though the socks could be a bit thicker. Overall a positive experience.

I ordered 4 items, 2 were great, one was good, the other subpar. That being said, the designs are all 1/1 to what's shown on the website it's the quality that lacks in some products, though I still wear them because they look good, they may be uncomfortable or bad quality, it's just a meh company, I'll probably buy again.

A little tip, try reverse searching the item, if it's sold alot on other sites, it's probably a good item, if not, it's probably bad or a gamble.

Avoid this website at all costs!

I placed an order on March 20th and almost 4 weeks later, I still haven’t received my package. The tracking shows it has been in France since April 9th, but no one knows where it is, who has it, or when I’ll receive it.

Every time I contact customer service, they just send me the same useless tracking link with no real answers or help. No transparency, no responsibility — just frustration and radio silence.

This has been by far the worst online shopping experience of my life.
If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind — do NOT order from Thesupermade.
