Placed an order for their product. My credit card has been charged but 15 days from my order date, haven't received a single notice in regards to date of shipping etc.

Waited 6 weeks for the product to arrive, used it for 3 months.

My hair is the same colour as when I started, their web site show pictures of hair being coloured by their special soap in just 2 weeks with time laspe photos.

I took photo on day 1 and day 90, identical.

They only offer 30 days as they know it takes longer to trial it plus due to the lengthy postage the 30 days is up before you even get it.

No amount of emails to them and Paypal to help got me a refund, just glad I only paid £45 not £85.

How can they be allowed to get away with this, its a scam.

Honestly the worst service ever! Bought $200 of product and it never arrived! Claimed my money back through PayPal after numerous attempts to try and rectify the problem with no response!

Seems most people writing reviews of Superior Mane share the same problem. They spend their money in good faith and get nothing in return. I am one of these people. I placed an order on 01/02/2025, the total was $60.97. I have not received the product. They responded one time to numerous emails, telling me they were expediting the order and offering a 20% discount for the inconvenience. That was on the 17th. Nothing from these people. I filed a complaint with the BBB two days ago. They said it would be 4-6 weeks before I heard anything. They notified me today saying they have closed the case. The company couldn't be reached. These people are scammers. Next, I'm contacting the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.

Ordered on the 12/1/25 and have had no response to several emails sent asking for a delivery update.
Why is it so difficult to reply?

Absolutely terrible, ordered on the 6th January, heard nothing since. I have sent three emails asking what has happened to my order and received no response.

Same story as multiple others here, I ordered several items 20 days ago with no shipping info yet received. I've emailed them several times with no reply, and there's no working phone number to call them with this concern. Looks like I'm probably out the $60 bucks with no recourse.

I've tried to talk with the company they refuse to reply to my emails.
Even though payed insurance they won't give me a refund.
This is a scam don't trust them

This company is a joke. Their customer service is the absolute worst. They told me my product had shipped. Then 4 weeks later after I’d filed a dispute with PayPal since they wouldn’t respond to emails and their “customer service line” never gets answered ever, they send me an email saying they were shipping my product. I told them not to. To cancel the order. And they ignored everything and sent it anyways. This place should be shut down.

Absolute scam company, dishonest and filled with tricks, nonexistent customer service, avoid like the plague

Shocking service, no replies to my emails of complaint, I placed an order for 3x root activator shampoo at the cost of £114 in the 30th Dec only for the package to be held at UK customs on the 13th Jan requesting a further £44.71 for import tax, I fell for it as it’s in the small print, UK 🇬🇧 purchasers avoid at all cost, rip off

Ordered on Jan 5 and not single update. They take your money fast and say they ship fast but it's been over 2 weeks and they haven't even created a shipping label. I emailed customer service more than 48 hours ago, no response. SCAM! STAY AWAY

This review is about the customer service, not the product since I haven't received my order. It's been lost in the mail for 2 months and they refuse to issue a refund and are now ignoring my emails.

Product Arrived VERY LATE (Over a month to the UK) but it's Legit. Amanda (who seems to be their only customer liaison) replied back and resolved the issues I was having. Root Activator Spray has a weird tingling sensation when it's applied to the scalp so as long as I don't wake up entirely bald tomorrow things are all good!

I highly recommend you just accept you are losing your hair. I purchased these products and have lost more hair with stress and worry over the money this company has stolen from me. They do not ship orders. They do not reply to any form of contact you try to make with them.

They steal your money.
That's it.

Saw the add for this product and seemed to be different to all the others, and didn't involve all the chemical sprays and tablets others do. thought id give it a shot.

never actually got my product 3-4 months down the line, but I got an email saying how I supported your business which is nice...
I replied to the email in the hopes someone would see.
wouldn't of been a slap in the face if id actually got my product.
cant contact the company on their website as the contact us tab is an endless loop taking me to the home page to buy more products...
at least the website is made well, the money I sent you should be spent on hiring someone who can actually make working websites.

I guess they will just take your money and keep it and not actually send you your product that you paid for.

Total waste of time. Placed an order and have been bombarded with marketing gumpf ever since. Have emailed them four times now asking when my order is going to even be despatched and zero response. So I’m now going through my credit card company for a chargeback. Avoid these clowns. The fact they can’t be bothered to give feedback on trustpilot reviews suggests they’re an amateur outfit or don’t give a damn about customers.

It’s been over two weeks. My order has not shipped yet. I have emailed them twice about this. They have not responded. Even if the product is good you should skip it because they make it very hard to get your hands on it. That’s if the company actually exists at all outside of being a spam email marketer.

Brutal service. Nothing received almost 2 months later and company refuses refund. Buyer beware. Recommend other options
