Rental was online and easy! The facility is clean and air conditioned.

The young lady at the desk was so nice. I have a fear of elevators and she switched it for me . She never made me feel unwelcome.

The courtesy, respect, patience, caring an I would most definitely refer others to your business,Ms Nakeita explain in great deals about the storage and offers,I would give her 10 stars.

The girl working was very polite and helpful, I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!! Good prices and great staff, very polite and helpful!!

Ashley was so helpful, kind and professional at the marrero westbank expressway location .. I did my rental online and accidentally went to the storage center in marrero on lapalco.. the service was awful .. lady wasn’t helpful more condescending if any .. because I was at the wrong location ..
I’m glad my rental was actually for the westbank expressway location instead.. because Ashley was a breath
of fresh air ..

Me and my mom went to tour the units that I was thinking of getting, we had Ashley and she was so informative and sweet. The place is nice and clean. Would recommend 10 stars!!!!

My experience was exceptional! Ashley helped me tremendously! The process was not complicated as I was able to immediately move my belongings with no problems.

I needed to reserve a second unit. No one was in the office to assist me. After waiting for 10 minutes, I called to speak with someone. Five minutes later the store manager Ashley came in from the hallway. She was shocked to see me. Although she was able to help me with my request, she was not engaging or friendly.

Fast, friendly service. Showed me 3 options to store belongings, all were clean and tidy. She answered all my questions about the contract.

Excellent customer service with very nice and accommodating staff. The on site manager is superb in providing excellent customer service, flexibility and excellent pricing. The property/storage units are very clean and well maintained, which is very important to me. Excellent climate control making your moving experience very pleasant while working to complete your move.
