I was not looking for a new job but Sterling approached me on LINKEDIN with an opportunity. They provided me with Team Members LinkedIn profiles and I discovered we knew each other or had same connections. The day I went in too resign, former employer unexpectedly offered me a buy out due to an unexpected reduction in upcoming production. My new offer letter was in my E-mail by the time I arrived home. LOL!

I was contacted about a role which had just launched, and was given some very clear, open and honest details about the business and the risks that I’d be taking if I were to further my interest. The business is a start up, building infrastructure, its employee base, its customer portfolio, and is still a long way from its finished article.
The communication was clear, was timely and allowed me to fit interviews in around my other commitments.
I was offered the role two days after initial contact. And I believe this was because the job brief was understood, the type of candidate the business wanted was clearly defined, everyone involved was willing to be flexible and work at pace, and wanted the best outcome for all parties.
