The bracelet is really nice

The bracelet is really nice, I don’t regret buying it at all. It arrived pretty quick I’d say, only took about 2 days, the quality is great for its price and it also looks better than I thought in person.

Horrible customer service and never received package

I ordered a bracelet for my boyfriend's birthday and never received the package. I got in touch with FedEx first and tried to remedy the situation, they were helpful but could not fix it. Then I proceeded to email with the customer service team at the steel shop and they were absolutely no help. I sent them all the information they needed so I could do the missing claim with FedEd and they never replied after that. I could have emailed them more I suppose but its the job of their customer service team to maintain client relations and be proactive when issues arrise.
It is now April and I never received my package. When I followed up with them, they gave me a measly 10% discount code as if I am going to order from them again.

However, the correspondence was initiated from an email address that did not match the one used for the order, which made it more difficult for us to quickly locate your purchase details and provide timely support. Additionally, we only received your follow-up several months after the initial issue was raised, which limited the options available with the carrier and our internal resolution process.

At that stage, the carrier’s investigation window had already passed, which unfortunately restricted what could be done to recover or replace the shipment.

That said, we are always committed to supporting our customers as best as possible. In situations like this, we carefully assess each case and always aim to offer the best possible solution based on the circumstances.

This is the mentality of this company…

This is the mentality of this company you’re getting ready to spend money with I gave them $200 for a bracelet. I’m memorial bracelet that’s how important it was with an engraving on it cause my service dog passed away. They sent it to an address 200 miles from me and there wasn’t even a house on that property or a building of any kind naturally my credit card company gave my money back then I tried to re-order the stuff and they canceled my order because I gave them bad feedback. That’s the company you’re getting ready to deal with people they’re gonna send a rock to a fictitious address and then say hey it was delivered. That’s all we can do. It’s a scam big time in my opinion. These people really got a lot of room for development. They need to open up the Bible and research empathy. That’s what as humans have in our heart that most of us don’t realize that this company obviously doesn’t realize it, but they won’t be around long companies like this come and go seen it for years. You can’t treat people this way and be successful anyways I don’t need your product. I’ve already found one better actually cheaper but better quality so enjoy your hate peace. They probably will not replied to this cause I don’t really think they know what they’re doing outside of it being vengeance and exercising and hatred. They’re probably gonna tell you that we ship it to the address you gave you well I’m sorry but my credit card wouldn’t have approved that address so you need to find another excuse cause I’d say bonehead can’t come up with anything logical that’s why they delivered the product to a vacant lot but it’s going to be interesting. I’m gonna hammer these people every social media. I’m fine. I’m not gonna quit. They don’t realize what they did. I’m still grieving my dog and they want to play the hate game. I’m gonna enjoy this.

That said, we do want to clarify that we shipped the order to the exact address provided at checkout. After the delivery issue, a chargeback was opened without giving us the opportunity to investigate or resolve the situation directly.

We also noticed that the new order placed afterward was entered with a very similar address. Given the previous chargeback and the circumstances, we’re unfortunately not able to take on the risk of fulfilling future orders in this case.

Additionally, some of the language used in your communications with our team was not appropriate or acceptable. We’re always here to help and find solutions, but we do require respectful communication.

Exchange Denied

Unable to exchange tennis bracelet due to minor scratches on clasp after trying on with the Bold Grid Chain bracelet also purchased from the same order. After several messages to customer service explaining that the bracelet was tried on above and below the Bold Grid bracelet, they believed this item was worn not tried on and denied an exchange. Shipping cost was my responsibility on the return and then they charged me to ship it back to me. Unfortunately, I really love the Bold Grid bracelet but may not purchase from them in the future due to this event. May I suggest different packaging/protective seal around clasps allowing items to be tried on.
