I purchased the 100ml MERCY extrait perfume from THE SPIRIT OF KINGS website on December 29th. It was delivered on January 5th, and I'm extremely disappointed and disappointed to find that it smells of nothing! No fragrance or note emerges! It only smells of alcohol! On January 7th, I contacted the ORIGINAL website by email, but to my disappointment, they didn't respond, and they sent me discounts for other purchases! They wrote that they are here to solve any problem and to request a refund within 30 days! ALL FALSE! THEY DON'T RESPOND TO ANYTHING, EITHER EMAIL, WAZAP, OR MESSENGER, IN FACT, NOTHING! NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ADVICE... BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE PURCHASING ON THE ORIGINAL SPIRIT OF KINGS WEBSITE!!!! PLEASE RECOMMEND... THANK YOU

I’ve been a loyal customer of Spirit of Kings, having purchased nine different fragrances from their collection — most of which I truly admired for their craftsmanship and performance.

However, my experience with Verity has been deeply disappointing. The fragrance shows no projection or longevity whatsoever, not even on clothing. I followed their advice for maceration, tested it repeatedly, and compared it directly with other fragrances I own from the same brand (like Notion, Honor, Harmony, Amity, and Dedication) — all of which perform as expected. This made Verity clearly stand out in a negative way.

Despite multiple respectful messages to their customer service and my request for an exchange , they refused both refund and replacement — offering only a generic 20% discount instead. That’s not a meaningful solution when the product is objectively non-performing and costs €320.

I expected more from a niche luxury house, and unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning their customer care and quality assurance.
