Jon helped me a lot with the purchase of my home in Spain. There was a lot of paperwork to take care of, but in the end everything went well. It was a pleasure working with someone who really knows what they’re doing.

I used Spanish Connection for my property rental after going through 2 other companies on La Manga, and the last one was a recommended company just before the drawbridge on the main road.

I have to say that I was so impressed with the level of service provided that I can highly recommend this company without reservation. Within the first few days I already had bookings and once the customers had stayed in the flat, I also had repeat bookings for the following year.

As property managers the service is very professional, friendly and is very personalized, which the night and day difference between Spanish Connection and the other 2 companies I used. Spanish Connection actually gets bookings, instead of offering excuses why they couldn't get any bookings over an entire summer season. The flat was kept in a clean condition and well-maintained.

I also used Spanish Connection for the sale of my property on La Manga. John is very knowledgeable and professional and had the property sold in a much faster time than I expected and at asking price so I am very happy.

I have recently purchased an apartment through Spanish Connection, I did so during the Covid -19 pandemic having not been able to travel. I saw the property online and contacted them via email, the whole purchase went very smoothly and I have now travelled to Spain and picked up the keys and moved in. I am extremely happy with the property and also with the agents as the service I had was excellent, very friendly and helpful and always on hand to answer all my emails and call me to discuss any issues. We placed our apartment for sale in La Manga in difficult selling conditions. Over many months, Jonathan was diligent is advising us on pricing and patient in listing the property for us. He obtained multiple viewings, and in the end was successful in selling the property at a good figure. He always returned calls and always displayed the utmost integrity. When it looked like his sale would fall through, but I had another offer, he encouraged me to take the other offer although it would mean a large loss to him. In the end, his client came good and I was pleased that Jonathan did not lose out. I recommend him highly.
