Great experience with this website

Great experience with this website, lost one of my AirPods and was quoted £70 for a replacement through Apple, managed to get it for roughly £50 with 24 hour shipping on here. Looks and performs like brand new and really easy to pair, thanks!

I tend to judge a company by how it deals with adversity and when things don’t go as planned. I ordered Apple Gen 4 AirPods case and, unfortunately, received a Gen 3 case. After identifying the error I e-mailed the team at The Sound Cafe and the matter was resolved immediately. Including a return label for the incorrect items and a first class dispatch of the Gen 4 case I ordered. The customer service and reactions were brilliant and I could not recommend enough.

What a great customer service…

What a great customer service experience I had, particularly so when the product I originally received did not quite work. Yet, on contacting sound cafe they responded within a couple of hours where they helped and supported me to get my AirPod working. We Exchanged about three messages, all answered promptly and by the same customer service agent, they sent me a replacement and all worked. It is hard to get excellent when things go wrong. But they were with me helping and supporting until all was right. That is excellence. I would use sound cafe again and recommend them

Great company and excellent customer service!

I found this company by chance via Google and what a find it’s been! My son lost one of his earbuds and the whole process of getting a replacement was so easy and quick. I needed to check something with Customer Service and Freddie responded so quickly and in such a professional and friendly manner. I’d wholeheartedly recommend The Sound Cafe.

Excellent service

I’m so grateful to you for being able to replace my damaged AirPod. At first I couldn’t figure out how to set it up but eventually I managed. Now I have a brand new set thanks to you. Service was great. I recommend highly.
