The soul hun is tan by one of the most inspiring ladies I have ever met I had an experience of a life time to push my own mental and physical boundaries. Can’t reccomended it enough , life changing in many ways if your looking for change , start at the soul hub

A fantastic product. Cold-water has changed my life massively!

This was a fun and transformational experience! I really loved the event and would 10/10 recommend anyone to take part in future Soul Hub events. Everyone was pushed to a healthy degree and connected well with each other.

I bought my tub a couple of years ago and used it a few times, now I'm using it again, I wanted a cover so ordered the one that's available now, it fits my tub as well perfectly. Really happy with it.

Chloe I just want to say I still use everything you taught me 3 years ago (feb 2021) and it continues to improve my life and make me a better person. There’s so many things I wouldn’t have been able to do or get through if it wasn’t for you and everything you taught me genuinely. Will never be able to thank you enough! I now have the tools to get through every challenging situation and have so much trust in myself, my capabilities, my worth and my decision making skills.

We are so grateful for that day. We received the warmest welcome and were guided through the different steps of this half-day retreat. Because we work full time, we can't hack a week long retreat so this was just perfect. Very reasonably priced and the food served after the breathwork, meditation and yoga was delicious. I recently attended a dance evening, by Richmond Bridge and had a great time. Easy steps, great music and a welcoming atmosphere. Big thank you to Andrew and Carmen for organising such a unique experience. I've attended dance classes before but all of them have been indoors!

It’s almost been a year since I started my journey with Chloe and cold exposure and I’ve felt such a shift mentally and physically. I’ve never raved about a product more than I have with The Soul Hub! My anxiety was terrible after the pandemic and a friend told me about the benefits of cold water. I was a bit unsure as to if this would help because my anxiety was so unbearable but 10 days into the 30 day cold water challenge and the anxiety that I was feeling had disappeared and hasn’t come back. The tub itself is great quality and big enough that my 6FT 2” partner can fit in it too! Start this journey you won’t regret it!! THANK YOU SOUL HUB!

Starting cold water therapy is without a doubt the best think I have ever done to improve my physical and mental well-being. The Soul Hub has made my cold water journey so easy and gave me the ability to remain consistent whilst being away from home. I recently was staying in a hotel for 5 months due to my child receiving life saving treatment away from. The soul hubs neutral colourway and practical design allowed me to take my tub from my garden to a hotel room with ease and without hindering my small living space. Having the soul hub with my during that difficult time is the one tool that kept my mental well-being in check..!!! cannot recommend this product enough.

Best investment of 2021. The product is brilliant and the delivery service was spot on even when there were hold ups due to the pandemic and brexit as you were kept informed at every point. Nice touches like the journal make it even sweeter, plus the added benefit of joining a community of like minded people and those who support and inspire you makes the soulhub an even better investment.

Amazing product! The tub is great quality and the guide is helpful and insightful. I love that it also comes with a journal and prompts to help you reflect after each session. This kit is perfect for anyone that wants to gain the most out of cold water therapy.

I purchased a cold water dipping tub from soul hub. I am really happy with It . The tubs a great size and a lovely calming colour. I was also pleasantly surprised to find I received a lovely journal in with my purchase.I received my tub within 2 days and it was so simple to put together.

I had previously purchased a tub from Amazon when it arrived it was very small and did not cover my shoulders . Unfortunately this also ripped so I decided to purchase a tub from soul hub as they were recommended to me buy a friend . I can say that my soul hub tub is far superior. My partner is 6ft 4 and he has now started using the tub for cold water Therioy also he could not fit into the previous tub it was to small.
