Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They lie you'll get your product in 21 days but you'll keep calling them and your call will never be answered. Seems an online scam to me. Try if you're patient enough to wait an order for years. It's been over two and half months and I haven't received my order!

Horrible experience so far. Ordered twice from them. A custom letter necklace and second time purchased a hat. The hat arrived drenched in mud, not only that, they had sent out wrong set of jewelry to me. They fixed the order and re-sent my hat but arrived different color and size. For my necklace, I'm still waiting for that which they had told me would arrive by first week of January. Basically not a satisfied order yet.
