package is stuck at customs, they stopped replying to emails and told me to contact customs to get it which i did but they couldnt do anything.

My order was held and sent back to their office and I have been texting them asking for a refund for 2 months now and they haven't responded, my order is 7303

Ordered from them many times before but my order this time has totally ‘vanished’. Their email address to contact them doesn’t even exist anymore as the emails are being rejected and not sent. Their tiktok account linked isn’t even them either. It seems they have done a total rug pull and deleted all contact points to them yet still have their website up and running receiving payments. No idea how or if you can claim your money back.

dont buy from them, u wont get ur package. and thats exactly what happened to me, i am waiting to be contacted but i received nothing from them. Please report these scammers

Dont buy anything from them, STAY AWAY!! They gladly took my money, but I lever got my order and never got my money back, and nød they are ghosting me 🤬🤬 I have lever EVER been this frustrated and I wish I had read the reviews om Trustpilot before ordering anything from them, cause then I would have known never to buy snus from them 😥 It I could rate them 0 stars, I would, cause they dont deserve any AT ALL!!!

More than a month has passed, package did not arrive, I emailed them tons of times,about this.ON TRACKING IT SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT WHEN I WENT TO THE POST ,the staff said to me THAT THE PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK TO THE SENDER,(for no apparent reason). I didnt get any sort of refund AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN BOTHERING TO MESSAGE ME BACK. Unless they do something about this situation this review is staying at 1 STAR

Ordered a few times from this site however I have an issue with this one. My stuff was apparently sent 2 days ago yet the courier is still saying they don't have it. I've emailed and awaiting a response, when the issue is resolved the rating will change.

UPDATE: One email from the seller just saying they've definitely sent it yet I still don't have the products I paid for 😅 not interested in finding out what's actually happened

Bought many times,but one time the post didnt allow me to take the package,i sent it back.They promised me a refund when they get it,but when the package arrived to them, to my surprise the contact support doesnt even want to respond to this,and i didnt get any refund.Until i get a refund this review will stay at one star
