Prepaid for service in September, requested at least 4 snugglers within a month and got no response. I reported them as fraud through my credit card and had the charge reversed so I didn't lose any money.
Yes stay far away this company is nothing but a scam.

Tried numerous times to become a client. No response from anyone after many requests. Have subsequently read dozens of postings indicating that the owner is a jerk and cheats his snugglers out of money. I recommend one not get involved in any way with this outfit.

Evan Carp is what everyone else has said. He doesn't pay employees and is abusive to them. I asked that my personal information not be used on the website, and it has repeatedly been used. I am owed $140 and have not seen a cent of it. My clients were told to pay with cards because I was new, but I believe it was because the company wanted my money. I have repeatedly contacted them and have received no response. I went to the labor board now.

(And to the response, which comes after email after email, where no resolution is offered. The cash clients were sent almost two months after nonpayment, where I received no communication. Anyone in my position would not have continued. I could not trust that I would be safe or that they wouldn’t be told at the last minute to pay via card. The Trust was breached.)

And now in June of 2018, nearly a year afterwards, I have still not been paid. This man is disgusting.

Evan Carp is the owner of this place and is a scam artist who also goes by other names, most notably "Jeff Smith." He has a habit of sending nasty, abusive texts and emails to employees and clients alike when he doesn't get his way. Numerous people have worked for him only to never see a dime of payment. Surely, this cannot be allowed to go on forever and Carp will see legal consequences for his crimes.

Edit: Evan truly is a deceptive individual. He now blames his depression for being an abusive thief and seems singularly focused on a 3 month period of alleged health issues in 2017. Don't let his cries for sympathy fool you, because his bad behavior has been going on for years. You got caught, dude. It's called karma. Deal with it.

The owner is terrible to employees and even clients. Their business has no ethics and it's the worst cuddling company I've ever seen!
