Trainers arrived in 2 days after ordering and were exactly what I wanted but couldn’t find anywhere else.

Ordered a pair of Converse (£60 reduced to £20) at around 8am on December 29th, got free P&P and they arrived the very next day via Royal Mail. Some reviewers have suggested that they received trainers that looked worn but not these. Box fresh, pristine and with the tags.

Outstanding service - ordered a pair of hard to find Nike trainers (Nike Air Max Excee) from Sneaker Outlet. Ordered just before midnight, order was processed following morning and trainers were with me next day. Came brand new, as described and in original Nike box. And they are quality trainers with a similar look to the ever popular Air Max 90s. Price was very reasonable too. Couldn't be happier with them, excellent service all round.

This was the email I have sent to you on April the 20th. I did not get a reply I was wondering if you could help me I ordered some new balance 1300ae as a birthday gift. And they look like they have been tried on. As there is creasing in the the soles and black fibres inside of the shoes. That look like sock fibres. And the tissue thats had normally in the toe box was floating around in the heel. I Do not remember seeing on the Website that they where preowned or do you know if the shoes where sent back to you and put back on the shelf and the sent to me kind regards G
