They swindled me
I ordered a Bailey collar but the company sent the wrong size. I asked about returns and was told I had to pay to return it. When I asked why - it was their mistake - I was told hard luck it’s their policy basically. So I paid to return it and asked for a refund as this annoyed me and I wanted to go elsewhere for my collar.
However they haven’t given me a full refund. They have kept the VAT. Outrageous. I spent £16 on a collar and ended up with no collar and £10 (with a load of hassle on top).
Their items may be pretty but their customer service is appalling.
