Do not waste your money buying off this company. I purchased an 80V battery operated snow blower in October 2023 through the Power Smart store on Ebay. I also purchased a spare battery directly from PowerSmart. Upon trying to charge the batteries the charger shuts down after 5 to 10 minutes without charging the batteries. I tried several times to contact Power Smart through the toll free number and each time after waiting over an hour I get cut off when it's my turn. I also left at least 5 messages on their voice mail, sent several emails to them directly and through ebay. All have been unanswered. I have $1000 invested in a machine I cannot use. They give a 2 year warranty which you cannot use because you cannot contact them. Spend a little more and get a reputable brand rather than this junk.
