I'm getting the impression from other reviews that there's not a hope of getting a refund from this company. I was sent the wrong colour. The pair I received is shop soiled and not something I would want to wear.
I rarely have bad online shopping experiences, but I fear I made a mistake this time. I've sent an email, and I found a phone number, but its not in service.
The slippers were faulty. They would not supply a return label as you have to send them back then get a refund for the postage.
No refund for the postage, no reply, no acknowledgement. Terrible service.
I have ordered before from the slipper SHOP with no problem this week I received two pair of slippers NOTE the Wrong Size I am a UK Size - 5 I was sent out UK Size -6 NOT WHAT I ORDERED MY ORDER WAS CORRECT ,AS IT WAS CHECKED.

I now have to wait for a label to be posted out Then go to the post office note my time not The Sipper Shops Time. I wont be buying from the Slipper Shop again. I AM Very disappointed indeed

Tried multiple avenues to contact over a return and replacement size. Not so much as a reply... very disappointing, when claimed this sort of thing is no problem to sort out.
