It seems there must be some confusion. You placed your order on April 4, 2021 and selected USPS First Class Mail (2.9 oz) $0.00, the free option I provide with all purchases. Maybe you thought you upgraded to fast shipping, but it doesn't look like you did. If you have an order confirmation or anything that shows you paid for upgraded shipping, we'd love to see it and will provide you a refund if so.
The order shipped on April 5 and was delivered to you in Brooklyn NY on April 12. While we shipped out on time, it took USPS 7 days to get it to you. That seems like a decent delivery time for free shipping. We look forward to hearing back.

I placed an order of 2 gaiters. Within 10 min I had an email telling me if I wanted to add another one it would be free. Seriously how many companies would do that. Also received my merchandise in less than a week. Definitely would use them again

I bought 10 gaiters to use at the gym since masks are required due to covid. I know it’s not the cdc recommended face mask but I’d rather have the gaiters over a mask that’s constantly pulling on your ears or making it difficult to breathe. The material is light and comfortable, stylish and many designs to choose from. Will buy again in near future.
