Fantastic product (American Fridge Freezer). Listed as grade B but not a mark on it. They were happy to check and confirm before purchase. Came as described. Works no problem. Great delivery team, large heavy item to deliver and they had to take the doors off. Very accomodating and professional throughout (hopefully their boss will buy them an electric screwdriver as over 28 screws and took them a while). Fully recomend, would buy again.

Have an issue with the cooker and still noone has got bk to me about it

Emailed about wanting to return my item but no response as my fridge turned up very damaged.

OK, so they are a little difficult to get hold of to speak to, but you have to remember that they are not some massive company with dedicated customer service people etc. I found the best way to get in touch is via the online web chat.

I originally ordered a fridge-freezer (Grade B) in black. The next day I saw they had the same in silver, but as is was grade C was a good chunk cheaper. I asked them if I could exchange if that was OK? By the time they replied it had gone out of stock again, but they said if I was OK to wait, they would be getting some more in. As we weren't in a rush we agreed.

They did deliver the wrong one at first, but I probably had a hand in that seeing as I'd asked to exchange!

They could have just left me with that one, but said they would pick it up and deliver the correct one (the following week).

The delivery guys were very nice, and I felt really sorry for them having to come and take away the first one that was so difficult to get in the flat in the first place!

That's another positive thing - they were happy to deliver to us on the 1st floor (with no lift). A lot of companies won't do that!!

We didn't know what damage to expect with a Grade C, but we were impressed! A couple of small dents on the front/edge. The bottom panel at the back was quite damaged but who's going to see that?!!

Very happy overall, and as long as I'm not in a rush for the item, would definitely use again. Cheapest I could find my fridge freezer by far.

Purchased 3 items from this company, and wow excellent quality items,and the service from start to delivery was second to none. Very polite and helpful staff,wouldn't hesitate to recommend brilliant job guys many thanks again.

The item arrived in unacceptable condition ( a dishwasher)—covered in mould, heavily used, smelly, and entirely inconsistent with the listing, which described it as an ex-display item. In reality, it resembles scrap rather than a usable appliance.

Furthermore, the delivery team left the item unattended at the entrance of my estate for several hours without any notice or delivery confirmation.

I would give no stars if I could avoid do not buy from this company I was delivered a cooker that was badly damaged on the 29th May I have since been asking them to collect it, they said they would collect it week commencing 9th June this week has passed and still no collection date, they have ignored my emails asking for collection also a date for collection, the cooker is taking room up in my kitchen, I have sent a final email that if the cooker is not collected within 2 weeks of there date they gave me 9th June I will consider the cooker abandoned and I will dispose of it but still not had a reply, they have given me a full refund so I can get another cooker but I can't get one untill this cooker is out of my way

Absolutely appalling ordered the washing machine it came broke. It nearly caught fire and the response wasn’t quick enough and it ruined my boys cloths
Still no response on the faulty good only a refund

Washing mc Hisense put it on smoke everywhere no bolts in the machine cut all the electrics off I really got worried I am writing this for my daughter sent loads emails refunded the money that’s it no other response ruined jeans and couple of other items no response going to machine out for scrap because that where it should of gone first place

For a small family run business. The Shop at home go over and beyond. Great product, as described for a B grade item. Delivery was 5 days later. The delivery guys are truly excellent. Customer service was spot on. Definitely would buy again 10/10

Arthur dealt with my enquiries over the phone politely and efficiently. The trade description was accurate and delivery on time. The Hisense cooker was an 'A' grade and absolutely immaculate! The delivery men were excellent and took great care moving the oven through the house. I will recommend Shop at Home to friends and family and hope Arthur does well. He deserves to. Thank you.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my last delivery and installation 3 months ago service carried out by an individual named Carl.

During the installation of my washing machine, Carl charged me £25 for a blue pipe. However, after completing the installation, he informed me that he could not position the washing machine properly into the designated slot, citing the presence of a gas pipe behind and claiming that the appliance was too large for the space.

Upon closer inspection after he left, I discovered that the actual issue was that the blue pipe he installed was too short, which was the main reason the washing machine could not be pushed fully into the slot. As a result, the machine was left improperly installed, with nearly half of its body protruding outside the intended space.

This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend Carl’s services based on the lack of professionalism and the inadequate installation provided, and the worst of all he also asked me to write a good feedback on him right after 🤦‍♂️

I bought an American fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer both ex-display C, I would give a 5 star for the product, not a scratch looks brand new. Although the washer/dryer was missing the inlet pipe, had to go a store to buy.. anyways my problem is the communication and delivery… I moved address and once I received a notification with the delivery day, as it was before my end of tenancy I tried to change from the new house to the old… they confirmed it and than .. boom, got an email from them saying it was delivered, my partner start calling me desperate saying they delivered to the new address and just left it outside at the entrance and drove of!!! We had no keys to the property and the landlord was attending a funeral!!!
We tried to get in touch with costumer service and also sent emails over but of course no reply… terrible folks, horrible experience.

Great value cooker, said it was C grade, no issues whatsoever.
Good communication regarding delivery.
Would definitely use again.

My fridge freezer come never said on picture that their was big scratch on the door and the water dispenser leaking emailed them the same day and still waiting for reply bad customer service

Bought a fridge freezer at a very cheap price, I asked for pictures before it was sent out. It had a few minimal scratches that could be easily fixed but overall an excellent fridge freezer. It came within 5days and kept up to date and time with a tracking system.

NO COMMUNICATION.
