Great experience initially as the quality of the shirt I bought was amazing. A few months later I hadn’t ordered another shirt but received an email thanking me for my purchase and that it was being delivered in a couple of days. Calls to Shirt Society went unanswered.When it arrived it was totally inappropriate so I tried to contact them many times by email and phone. I returned it and was promised a refund. Many calls and emails later I did get a refund but realised they were going through a change to their business model. It seems this didn’t happen as they were wound up in September 2021.

Bought 2 shirts in your sale and the quality is fantastic. Really pleased. I do like the idea of trying before you're buying and I am most definitely consider subscribing but hesitant as I saw somewhere that you were thinking about rethinking your model.

Also, worth mentioning that when I go to subscribe on my mobile and look at the shirts, there is just blank images so I can't select a shirt or see any. This is also another blocking point for me at the moment and imagine a blocking point for some other potential customers too.

Really good quality shirts and a great price too. I like how I can now switch between the different products if I need to as well - A really cool concept and i'm excited to see more new products soon!

The Shirt Society are a fantastic new company. A really good concept, and the shirts are great quality and fit really well.

The service and communication is great. If something doesn't fit quite right it is very quick and easy to return it, and my replacement item actually arrived before I had time to send my returned item!

The way they have diversified due to Covid, and added more casual items, is really good. Can't fault them at all.

Everything was great until the shirt arrived. Very nice shirt but the wrong size, so I returned. Since then I have had nothing. Email on the site bounces, nothing on social, contact form submission unanswered & no obvious way to find return status on the site. If I'd got the right size I guess all would be fine but at the minute I'm not sure where I stand.

Literally the nicest shirt I've ever owned. Got delivered quickly, presentation is lovely along with the gift, and the fit is flattering. I'm what you'd call stocky and I'm very rarely comfortable in something fitted, but this hugs in all the right places, without drawing attention to the wrong bits.

I found out about TSS on Linked-in and placed my first order last week on Tuesday evening (All Day Fitted, White). It arrived promptly on Thursday. Good start.
The shirt was packaged well, and was well presented inside, bespoke wrapping paper, and the really nice touch of a free gift (nice face moisturiser, great for me as I'm starting to see some wrinkles). Even the label on the shirt had a look and feel of quality and the branding is simple and classy.
The shirt itself is of superb quality, clearly a great quality cotton, almost a brushed feel which is really comfortable on the skin and feels warm but breathable. The cut is superb, I'm getting a bit of that dreaded middle age spread but the fitted style doesn't give too much away while offering some decent shape. Some nice little details on the button holes and the quality of the fabric means the collar sits up nicely. It's great to iron also, creases come out easily due to the quality and thickness of the fabric and the seams line up perfectly. I would comfortably spend £60 plus on a decent quality shirt so the intro offer of £15, which you'd struggle to get a Primark shirt for is a no brainer. At full price £30 is still a snip for a shirt of this quality. I'll be trialling all of the products in the range, and am looking forward to receiving my next order (All work, fitted). So far, I can only give high praise to TSS and judging by the first order, I'll be a customer for years to come. Well done Matt and the team on a quality product, without the hassle of leaving the house.

Finally got the opportunity to sign up for a subscription as a surprise for my husband. He is over the moon with the shirt. It fits perfectly and the quality is second to none. Even ironing it is a dream. We are both excited for the next delivery!

Great brand, and style of shirt is really good - I particularly like the subtle button detailing. I've used TM Lewin shirts for years and go wear through them quickly, I got my first Shirt Society shirt in December 2019 and still use it regularly almost a year later. The quality is so much better than the typical high street stores.
Process is mega simple online, and I've been getting nice gifts in the box also. Its an absolute no brainer. bye bye TM Lewin.

Great quality, perfect fit and some sensational subtle detailing (cuff logo, coloured buttonhole etc.) I hate shopping, but these guys deliver a top notch shirt each month, along with a great free gift. I can choose whether the shirt is engineered for work, play or a combination so have a growing range for all occasions.

The value is awesome - these are both the best and cheapest shirts I’ve ever bought. Add in the sheer convenience and I’ll never need to go to a shop again.

On top of this the online platform is slick and easy to use, and these guys are relatively new to market and clearly have great scope for the future. If you’re reading this then you’re considering signing up; just do it - you won’t regret it!

I’m a huge fan of these shirts. Stylish, bespoke fit (based on choice) and they look and feel a lot more expensive than they are. A staple addition to both the work and casual wardrobe, matching with a suit or a pair of jeans/chinos. Communication great and ease of delivery makes it first choice for shirts for me.

Fantastic quality shirts that fit brilliantly , great little gifts too. The whole experience is so easy and the brand is so much cooler than the high street usuals, I especially like the voice and tone of the marketing and communications.

Shirt quality is excellent, communication is excellent and always seem to have extra surprises in with them. 100% I would recommend!
