I was a little apprehensive at first of purchasing something from Europe, but after having good communication and reading positive reviews about the sharp knife club and Jan, I decided to order the awesome little Swiss Army knife, on the eighth day of its journey to me in the USA. The tracking system kept telling me it was delayed in customs New York City then it would say it was in San Francisco and then back in New York city customs so Jan and his great wisdom told me to wait a see,that this was probably a glitch or a bug in the system and he turned out to be correct, I just received it Today, it was very well packaged, and only took nine days to travel 5900 miles more or less so in conclusion, I would highly recommend this online store with its impeccable service. Even tough our languages were different, it was easy to negotiate, and that's great. Besides, the Victorinox model I bought came perfectly functional, clean, and had no scratches or any marks, it's beautiful as a brand new. Due to the distance, it naturally took some time to get here (I'm Brazilian), but I had no trouble with shipping, it all happened just fine.
