Ordered online and never received anything. No communication. Avoid.

Had a lovely wander round the store, impressive selection on a variety of plants, staff were knowledgeable, informative and friendly.
Had a coffee and maple pecan bar slice... Both were phenomenal! A special thank you to Keiran, who like the other staff was friendly and very accommodating. Quaint hidden gem, overall calm and friendly vibe.

Absolutely terrible. Took the order and the money and that was the last we heard from them. No communication, no replies to multiple emails, other than automated "We are sorry to hear, etc". They didn't even reply to the bank when I raised a dispute! Well, at least I got my £51 returned but this has been ongoing since January. It's no way to run a business.

Ordered a plant on the 12th of February and it says that the plant will be ready by 26th and will be delivered by then but I have been following up since and I havent heard from them via email or Instagram. Please do not buy or support this company as they very irresponsible very very poor customer service.

I ordered something in November which never shipped.
I have attempted to contact them a few times but never got a reply.
I have now reported them to Trading Standards.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP. Like others, I made an order that has never been sent/received despite sending several messages to the shop. My order was made on 4 September 2025. I subsequently received an email that advised the item would be despatched on 15 September 2025 but this never occurred and the tracking info for the item still has its original message of "the sender has advised they've despatched your item to royal mail' but clearly this never occurred as the tracking info has not changed despite 2+ months having now passed. I sent several emails to the shop to follow up on this as well as sent them a message via facebook but I have never received a response, a refund, or the items purchased. This is obviously a scam or an otherwise incredibly dishonest shop that will take your money in bad faith and never send out your item or even respond to your emails/messages/queries. Save yourself the headache and simply never order from this shop!

Ordered over a month ago. No updates. Tried contacting them several times, but no response. AVOID!!!

no order update - perpetually 'waiting for package' from Ervi delivery. Absolutely no response from merchant for weeks. Appalling company. #1197

I made an online order on Aug 14 for £50. No word from them until Aug 26 saying the order was on its way. By Aug 30th, I haven't received my order and ask by email for an update. No response to my email I contact them on Facebook ms and am told that they are on to it and will send the order out immediately by DPD next day. Today, Sept. 7 and I still do not have my order. Supposedly it was picked up 5 days ago. By the time these plants get to me, what sort of shape will they be in. Very unprofessional and amateurish. Avoid.
