Honestly at the start I was deeply saddened at the start but now happy.
Honestly at the start I was deeply upset until I came across pedro one of the staffs, very good customer service and very nicely handled my issue, 10/10 would recommend.

Stacey was actually really helpful…
Stacey was actually really helpful despite me having a few issues, firstly it was with the courier so no fault of the scent reserve. We all know Hermes are unreliable but when my delivery failed they re dispatched with Royal Mail and there were no issues. One of my bottles was broken with the atomiser not working properly and Stacey sorted it straight away and sent a new bottle at no extra cost.
Sometimes the customer service of a company is what keeps you coming back and this is the case here with me.

First class scents.
My manager at work was wearing a aftershave from scent reserve,I complemented him saying that he smells fantastic and that I bet the scent he was wearing was extremely expensive,he then told me that the bottle he was wearing cost £10 and was from scent reserve,and that the equivalent designer fragrance would retail for £250,from that moment I have always used the scent reserve,I have tried a large variety of there scents and have always been super impressed,the scents last all day,and I have had so so many compliments asking where I got the scents from..delivery is always quick .I can safely say that I will never ever buy a named designer aftershave again,now that i have the scent reserve as my go to scent shop..absolutely first class product,I guarantee you will be complemented! While wearing these scents.

A pleasant surprise
A friend recommended using The Scent Reserve. I did some research and decided to give it a go. I am very pleased I did. The perfumes are very good and smell exactly like the original. From order to delivery was so quick.
Unfortunately there was a leak from one of our bottles. Pedro has been incredibly helpful and efficient. He has responded to my emails immediately and has informed me of what he has done to rectify the situation and what will happen next. Excellent service, I am very impressed at such good service.
