Saw an advertisement on Facebook…

Saw an advertisement on Facebook stating it was from Boots for a free gift. Did state a small fee was required. Clicked on and it required bank details where it then took £20+ (cant remember the exact amount as it was several month's ago now) and informed me I'd signed up to a subscription for reduced priced beauty products. Contacted the company via email and they let me cancel subscription but refused to refund initail payment. Until now apparently. I've recieved several emails stating they'll refund me if I leave an honest review to let customers know what a good company they are with good customer service !!!!

My experience will be satisfactory if I receive a refund. In this case, I will consider that my concern was taken seriously and handled appropriately.

Could you please confirm that my subscription has been stopped and will not renew again? Also, could you let me know how many working days it will take for the refund to be processed.

The Experience

One name, 'Imani' from the escalation team. The Scent Club needs a hundred more team player like Imani.

My heart was put to rest as they complete the last stage of my situation that I am still awaiting.

I must say, The Scent Club is one in a million when it comes to real live, 24 hrs, courteous response. For that I give 100 stars.

I can say more but right now I am waiting for the conclusion to give my final report.
