Absolutely magic, I first tried after being given a sample at a conference. It works amazingly with noticeable changes with 2-3 days. My daughter is over joyed as it helps her scars, she scars very easily and has keloid, so we are grateful and overjoyed that there is something that is effective on the market for her skin

Having met Laura at the NEC sports therapy I brought the scar wand and cream and used it on my scar and it improved dramatically.
I carry out massage in my work and undertook the training with Laura so that I can deliver this treatment to clients using the scar wand and cream. Laura’s training was informative and educational. I can’t wait to bring this to my clinic.

We ordered the scar wand for use by both my wife and I who had different surgeries last year. The device is well made of quality steel, and at a decent cost point. The website and after-care were excellent. I’m perfectly happy with our experience thus far. Obviously, it’s too early to comment on the full impact upon the scar tissue at this stage. But initial assessment is that it’s very positive.

I came across Laura and the Scar Wand at a conference and bought one there. I use it for every clinic. It is superb to hold and feels lovely on the skin for my patients. Some have loved it enough to buy their own. This is a beautifully made piece of essential equipment for all hand therapists.

What a great little piece of equipment! The scar wand is comfortable to hold and simple to use but very effective. Laura was extremely kind and helpful and her instructions were easy to follow. My plantar fasciitis is still a nuisance but I have found that the wand is very effective at reducing the discomfort, especially at the end of the day.

It was easy to order and it is a great product.

It got lost in the post, which meant I had to use a spoon in its place - painful and absolutely hopeless. The scar wand's arrival has made such a difference to my twice daily hand massages - no pain, just the feeling that it is doing the job.

My husband bought me a set of all the countries we've been to for Christmas and we keep adding on.
The key chain with all the disks is not really an option to carry as it gets very heavy.
It is a very nice gift.

I love the Scarwand. I am a scar therapist and have used it in all of the my treatments over the last year. I like the lightness of it, and the curved edges to help break down thickened areas of scars. My patients love it to, especially if they are nervous to touch their scar, would highly recommend.

Scar Wand: Scar Cream

I have tested this cream on many of my c-section scar patients, and on my own scar (knee surgery scar) for around 1 month +. So I can give a honest review of the product and whether I would recommend it to my patients.

This cream is designed to be used with the scar wand for best results- which I haven’t tried. However, can be used alone. I personally would recommend using this cream in conjunction with a silicone cream or strip. Then you have an occlusive barrier to stop water loss via the scar and a cream to hydrate. These factors are important in facilitating an optimal environment for scar healing.

Pros:
-good texture
-sinks into skin easily
-little goes a long way
-minimal fragrance (avoids unnecessary irritation)
-effective at maintaining moisture in scar- important for healing

Cons:
- needs to be applied 2x a day
- vitamin E included, mixed evidence of benefit for scars, but no evidence to suggest it will affect scar negatively
-pump can be hard to extract product from, but this is stated in their website

Overall I would recommend this to my patients. Compared to popular products like the Nadaya scar balm. I personally prefer the consistency and texture of the cream. I find a balm to be sticky and it often needs warming up in the hand to apply smoothly. Although this is down to

I bought a silicone strip from scar wand, which came with a complimentary cream, which was appreciated. I had some issues with the strip backing cracking and Laura looked into it immediately. It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary in the end but she was incredibly helpful in her support and communication. Definitely an honourable and decent business.
