Looking at your order I can see you purchased a band in the colour way Vintage Rose Gold, and a Case Cover in the colour way Rose Gold. These are two different colours and will explain the colour difference.

The band is great but the matching screen cover was too small. In your ordering system it says it fits 38/40/41mm. But the packaging said it was for a 38mm only! And that is true! When I went to rtn it cost more to return! 🤦♀️🤦♀️

In regards to a band you need to select the size range your watch falls into. For example if you have a 40mm Apple Watch then you need to select the size range listed as 38mm / 40mm / 41mm / 42mm (S10 & S11).
As for Cases/Screen Protectors you will need to select the exact size of your watch otherwise it will not fit correctly. If you have a 40mm Apple Watch then you need to select the size of 40mm. If you select 38mm it will be too small.
If you have purchased the incorrect size then you are more than welcome to submit a return or exchange request however there is a fee to cover the shipping costs from the courier. Alternatively you are welcome to post the item back at your own cost.

The band was too tight and trying to do an online refund was a nightmare with it not working Became a very frustrating process In the end I have gifted it to someone else
This is the 3rd band that has been problematic first one caught on clothing 2nd coating peeled after 4months of use

All details of this can be found on our website and as outlined the shipping fee does fall onto the customer. We do offer discounted pre paid labels with a cost of $8.99 for returns or $16.98 for exchanges. Alternatively you are welcome to send the item back at your own costs.

Easy to adjust chain link
Prompt delivery, I ordered 2 products and kept one. Link style band is super easy to adjust to size with provided tool. simple return process for the other item in the same order which did not suit
