Overall, the customer experience was positive. While I had an issue with one of the items I ordered requiring a return for the correct size, the customer service was very good. The main drawback was the use of Evri for parcel delivery.

Whether the parcels were sent in the correct or incorrect order, both were delayed in delivery.

Went in for a browse and walked out with a Sydney Roosters 2023 jersey heavily discounted. Very pleased. A great range across NRL and Super League teams, as well as National squads.

The item arrived much earlier than expected, which was great. Communication about the delivery was excellent. Didn't open it, as it's going to be a Christmas present, but it looks great.

I was looking for a certain rugby kit for my grandsons birthday , the staff in the hull shop were outstandingly polite and helpful , finding exactly what i needed, 10/10

After watching our great ladies team win the World Cup against an equally good Canada I wanted to celebrate their victory by getting a Red Roses shirt personalised with my favourite players name and number on the back. Luckily I came upon The Rugby Store after a disastrous visit to my local Sports Direct store.... I have left separate feedback on their website concerning that experience! Your site was very easy and soon I had ordered just what I wanted, this was on the Wednesday afternoon, by Friday I got a message saying that it had been despatched. On monday I received my shirt and I am very satisfied, will definitely use your store and website again and will happily recommend to other people. As for Sports Direct I definitely won't be going there again any time soon!

As a rugby family we have visited the store many times , on Sunday 15th June the challenge cup was on show , my son missed the end of the final at Wembley due to a melt down as he is autistic so I messaged Kat and explained and she replied to me saying bring him in on Sunday before the queue forms so he doesn't become overwhelmed. Well he loved it and we got some great pics . The store went above and beyond to make a 12 year olds year ... thank you I'm sure we will be back soon. THANK YOU

I ordered my gear to be picked up at the store and it arrived really quickly. I got a message to say it was there within 2 days.

Great shop, we always pop in when we are in the town. The sales are fabulous too and so are the staff

The staff were very helpful/friendly and the pricing seemed reasonably pitched for a High Street store with associated overheads, competitive with other equivalent retail outlets. Good range of branded rugby apparel available for both codes of the 'egg shaped ball 🏉 in a variety of sizes (i.e. League and Union codes) and likewise with accessories such as scrum caps/head protection, mouth guards, team baseball caps etc.

All in all a great shopping experience with plenty of changing facilities (which I found particularly useful as I bought different items of branded rugby clothing and found sizes do vary quite a bit from one manufacturer to another). So if in any doubt it is good that this type of facility is available to try the garment on prior to making ones final choice and purchasing.

I would certainly recommend this outlet, rather like an 'Aladdin's Cave' of goodies for anyone with a passion for the sports played with the oval shaped rugby 🏉 ball.
