Ordered hairdryer with next day delivery, after 8 days and numerous emails it never arrived.
Total scam of a company! Please avoid at all costs

I ordered a hairdryer on the 13th of December with the pretence that it was next day delivery which it did state.it is now christmas eve and still nothing.no update nothing.so I'm now going to look like an absolute fool not giving the family member it was bought for no gift.thanks theroflex for ruining christmas.shocking

Absolutely dreadful company, no item arrived -complete scam and can’t get a refund!!

Hard to tell on reviews here, but I ordered and payed for the Theroflex Kids DIY Fort Building Kit on the 21st December from their website with a promise it will be delivered prior to Christmas, I done this before I read the reviews on here and I was pretty worried these wouldn't come. But here we are two days later (23rd December) and they've just been delivered. Can't fault my experience with Theroflex as it's gone much smoother than others on this site.

How I wish I had read the reviews on this company before purchasing. I ordered an item to help alleviate bunion and toe discomfort, the item they advertised was exactly what I had been looking for where the big toe fitted inside a little sleeve with a gel insert to fit against the second toe. Firstly forget the "fast next day delivery" - the item took ten days. Secondly what arrived was nothing like being a cheap nasty thing with two toe sleeves and a horrible huge chunk of foam in between. Impossible to use and not what I ordered. After contacting Theroflex they had the cheek to tell me I had been sent an updated and better item from what I wanted. Cutting a very long story short, they have now stopped responding to my emails in which I requested a full refund as goods not as advertised, I also asked them to send me a prepaid postage label so that I can post their utter rubbish back to them as I'm not prepared to chuck good money after bad. Their fault entirely. Last email I had was ten days ago (from "Sophie") saying they would take another look into the matter and would get back to me in two days. Do NOT order from this company. Trading Standards will be my next port of call then I will contact my bank to see if I can get a charge back on my card. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.

What a sham of a company. Product ordered and arrived, so I ordered a second one which has not arrived. Tracking states running late (not even with Amazon shipping yet). Don't respond to emails, no phone number. I contacted Amazon who said they consider it lost as they've not received it. After emailing Theroflex everyday, finally get a response saying it will be with you in 2/3 days. Another week later, still not arrived. Another email from them saying they will refund if not delivered in stipulated time. Still no sign of the order, so I emailed again asking for a refund. Eventually receive an email this morning with a contradiction saying they can't refund as order is out for delivery. Need to return it to get a refund. How can you return an item that you don't receive? Like others, didn't read the reviews before re-ordering. Please, go elsewhere and perhaps pay a little more but at least you won't have all the hassle and be out of pocket!

Appalling product and customer service.
Item purchased started to fall apart after 2 days of minimal wear, refused to offer refund, but sent a replacement which I didn’t want so I returned to their address on their website, which would appear to not be their address, so I’ve lost over £40 due to their incompetence. Do not ever buy anything from this company.

Total rip off. Was sent something worth half the value of what I ordered that they had clearly ordered it off Amazon.de and had delivered to me. If I wanted a cheap copy of Amazon I’d of ordered one of there myself. Very poor

Delivery time given as 1-3 working days. Day for, and no delivery date available. Never again. I suspect Chinese snake oil.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. couldn't give less than 1 star...

they take money then don't sent products they will use every excuse available from product been popular to courier issues.. all are lies..

They do not ship next day !!! I have reported to trading standards etc...

Luckily j paid on credit card so got refunded...

Terrible customer service! I ordered the 5 in 1 tool as a gift but I ended up not needing it any more and emailed the company to arrange a return and refund! The box wasn't opened and the tool wasn't touched! Still in the bag! I emailed them within the return period (had 5 days remaining to be precise). They reply after 3 days by giving me the instructions on how to do the return! I reply straight away confirming my return only to have them come back to me after two days saying that I 'm outside the 30 day period and they cannot process my return!! Absolutely terrible!!! I have emailed them back now and waiting to see what they say! I don't have high hopes though! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Had no choice but to give 1star, this company is not worth that. It is one BIG SCAM dealing with this company if they are actually a company. Ordered and paid for my goods next day delivery never happened. Have chased them up numerous times only to get back what looks like a standard reply, followed by numerous emails all the same apologising and saying my goods are on their way. No actual personal, human response and surprise surprise no contact number available. My money has gone to a Luton account and my order has gone to a house in Monega Road, London, E12 6TY and this looks like a standard house in a normal street with a few security cameras on the front which for the road look out of place.
So get get suckered in by the products and prices because if you place an order you will not see that or your money.

I had been sent a link for a product on this site by my daughter. I didn't check the reviews until too late. Spent an anxious couple of weeks waiting before emailing for update. Was assured product was on the way, or a refund would be made, and it eventually arrived after 16 days. Packaging ok, not damaged (it's a present). Given this experience other peoples comments I probably wouldn't use this company again. I suspect the order is placed with manufacturers in China and despatched from there which may account for the delay. The delivery notification from Evri was annotated Cub01 which is used when Evri can't figure out the business name of a seller based in China. It's not a reflection on the product or the seller. Maybe Theroflex should notify customers that delays may be expected.

Product has never arrived and the second AJ Shopping cancelled the delivery Theroflex has never been back in touch I've sent around 4 additional emails in about 8 days. Will have to report as SCAM to try and get my money back

Sent me a product different to what I ordered and are refusing to pay for this to be returned to them so I can be issued a refund.

Bought the build your own den for my son's birthday. Absolutely appalled by the quality of the product. Cheap plastic straws & balls that snap easily. Definitely overpriced and extremely bad quality. Shocked that they can even charge £28 in the sale for this. Even the delivery took weeks, which meant it was a late & disappointing present. I wish I had read the reviews on TrustPilot first. The reviews on the website were all positive, which I now wonder if they even were genuine ones. Avoid this company!!!

I too wish I had read the reviews this company is a scam!!!!!!! I ordered 2 hairdryers on a Black Friday deal they have delivered one I’ve since looked back on my order and it says i ordered one for one they are for my teenage sons I would never pay £59.99 for one hairdryer and two they are still advertised as £34.99 I’ve co messaged and emailed and heard nothing back I’m now going to have to contact my credit card company stay clear of this company it needs to be shut down!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a 7 in 1 hair styler from Theroflex. On order, the product stated it was in stock and ready for next day delivery. The product didn't arrive 4 days later and after reading all the 1 star reviews on Trustpilot, I to thought I had been scammed. Today, the product arrived after waiting 2 weeks and it is in good condition and looks good quality. I complained to Theroflex and asked if it was a scam, even going as far as freezing my bank card in case it was a scam. I have to eat humble pie as it was not a scam at all. The only down side was the delivery time.

Great product but appalling shipping. They advertise 1-2 shipping express delivery but my first order took over a week and the 2nd is 2 weeks now and still not delivered! Get it sorted, Theroflex!

Avoid this company at all cost they scam customers out of their money for goods that never arrive!
