I honestly thought Thermova’s service sounded almost too good to be true — but it really is legitimate!

Graham was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all of my questions and putting my mind at ease throughout the process. The whole experience was completely straightforward, and there was absolutely no intrusion or inconvenience to my renter.

Best of all, I had my new EPC certification within a week. I’m genuinely delighted with the service and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Thermova to other landlords. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Graham was a great find for me. Our rental property was a D rated epc and we have had new windows fitted and wondered if they would make difference with the rating. Along with the air test he conducts we were over the moon to be advised that we made the C however with Graham's policy it was a no brainer due to the win win pay if it passes but no fee if it doesn't it was an easy decision. The appointment was made and survey conducted then they ran the numbers and a few days later we received the good news. I would recommend Graham and his firm in a heartbeat. What are you waiting for, if you pass you get 10 years peace of mind, if it doesn't he will advise what needs doing and you pay nothing!

I approached the idea with some trepidation as it all seemed a bit too good. Liking the “no result / no charge idea” I gave them the go ahead on two properties which needed uplifting. Following survey, uplift confirmation and payment both certificates were issued and registered within a few days.

Excellent service – EPC upgraded from D to C

I contacted Thermova after looking into the options for upgrading my properties from an EPC D rating to C. They explained their process clearly and, importantly, there was no financial risk to me. They confirmed that if they were unable to achieve a C rating, I would not have to pay.
A date was arranged, and they attended the properties and carried out the necessary testing and assessments. The process was straightforward and caused no unnecessary disruption.

Once I paid the invoice, I promptly received the certificates, and the new EPCs with the C ratings were lodged on the government’s EPC register.

All in all, it was a seamless transaction from start to finish. The service was professional, straightforward and exactly as explained to me at the outset. I would be very happy to recommend Thermova to other landlords looking to improve their EPC ratings.
