We had bifold doors installed 2018 and last summer they fell apart. We asked a local company to come in and take a look and put some screws in so they can be refitted and they said they were the worst bifold doors they have ever seen installed. We tried to contact them at the address and but the letter sent back saying no forwarding address!!!

We had a conservatory fitted in 2018 by Thermoglaze and have had several issues with the roof since then. The latest issue involved 2 windows sliding in the frame to expose clear sky above, and now the box guttering is leaking internally, with water coming through the light fittings. Similar to the earlier reviewer we have contacted RWC but they have only a mail forwarding service (which they aren’t paying for so my recorded delivery letter has been returned). Thermoglaze refused to provide any contact name, email or telephone number, so I’m hoping that RWC may actually have the decency to reply here, but I doubt it. I would give zero stars or even a negative rating if that were possible - definitely recommend you don’t use them.

I had a letter yesterday morning concerning the warranty on my windows installed in January from RWC Glass - New owners of Thermaglaze UK. I moaned about a window not locking properly, and today they have arrived and fixed it. How’s that for service !
Most impressed.

They installed a conservatory roof for us which has leaked since installation. They had previously done a poor repair with tape instead of proper flashing that lasted for a few months. It leaks every time it rains.

They have now informed me that Therm O glaze (UK) Ltd has been sold to RWC Glass Products, and all warranties have been transferred. They now refuse to reply to me.
The address they give for RWC Glass Products is a Ghost mail forwarding company and I cant find any phone numbers or email addresses for them. It looks like a shell company set up to dispose of any warranty claims.
The 10 year warranty insurers informed me that they cannot get involved until Therm O Glaze stops trading.

My wife and I have just had a new front door fitted by this company. This is the second time we have used them and are equally pleased this time. Great job

We saw the news paper advert and were intrigued I must say. The UK's most advanced window? A+33 rating when others are no where near. Why have the big boys not caught up? Is it double the cost?
It's easily explained now, mid size company without a major sales force, manufacture and fit their own design, clearly have the best product and sell it at almost the same price. Excellent.

The company 'Therm O Glaze UK' spoke of their massive coo in obtaining the UK's most energy efficient Windows, however they should be plugging the UK's quietest Windows. You have an option of double or triple glazed Windows. We had tripled glazed that were about 7-10% more, but it's incredible. You can now hear a pin drop inside, and we are on the High St!!
