Doesn't work

The ordering and delivery were wonderful, but the product itself leaves much to be desired. I have never had a bad batch of paper before. This entire case of 50 rolls has a very large portion of the paper that does not print. I even went as far as having our credit card machine checked, and it is just the rolls of thermal paper that do not work.
