Just got my Emerald Cut Engagement ring it's so beautiful and perfect! For my 5th anniversary I wanted to upgrade my ring i wanted something that would look significant. Hannah at the ring pal was so helpful with making me come to a decision on the size of the diamond I wanted. It was such an easy process from beginning to end. I will definitely be back for more jewelry.

After being set on having my boyfriend order my ring from east west gem co, I started doing some serious research and came across the ring pal. Everyone had amazing things to say and rightfully so. When it came time to order my ring I found the perfect one on TRP website and he ordered it. They were so quick to have it custom made and shipped. At first the shipping made me nervous because this is a sentimental expensive item but it arrived and was perfect! I have already received so many compliments and it’s my new favorite accessory.

Joseph helped me in finding the perfect ring. Once we settled on a design he was able to send me videos/photos of previous rings they had made. Being able to see the ring from all angles really was the selling point. He answered all my questions and even helped me on figuring out the size of the ring based on a photo I sent of my fiancés hand. The included complimentary studs were also a big plus on top of the amazing customer service.

I had to send my eternity band in for repair and it was Avery easy process. Joseph helped with every step! I sent it out and within 1 week it was ready and overnighted back to me!

An absolute amazing experience purchasing a 24inch 14k white gold tennis chain and 1ct studs from Joe at The Ring Pal. I had a ton of questions and Joe was patient and beyond helpful. Never a delay in responding back as if he’s working 24/7. The stones are pure white and sparkle more than I could imagine. I will 100 percent be purchasing a tennis chain for my wife from him.

The whole process was fantastic! My ring arrived quickly, the even have overnight shipping, and it couldn’t be more beautiful. I found a similar style diamond and band set and it was over $30,000. It would be impossible to tell the difference.

It's impossible to express how stunning this necklace is. I debated size and struggled going back and forth on size and finally reached out to customer service. I've never experienced such a thoughtful and genuine response to what seemed like a ridiculous scenario. Jessica and Joe were thoughtful explaining size and even sending me photos side by side of the 7ct and 10ct and were sensitive to my budget concerns. In the end I opted for the 7ct and additionally added the 15ct graduated tennis necklace which I never expected to do. Regrets? None! My divorce ten years ago wiped me out in every way and selling my jewelry was one of the few options I had. Now I have two pieces that take my breath away and make me feel special and proud knowing what I've been through to have them. They are perfect, beautiful and flawless, classy with a casual elegance instead of a shock and awe. The 7ct standard tennis necklace is ideal for anything and it's a staple with simple diamond studs everywhere I go, a combination of sophisticated and casual. The 15ct graduated tennis necklace is dynamic, the right piece for the most elegant occasions. Honestly, without the hand holding from the best customer service ever, it's unlikely either of these would have been purchased. This was a big investment I was debating and the fact I got two was never the plan, particularly since there was no pressure on the calls and e-mails with customer service. Everything about it was a great experience and I'm so happy. The quality of the pieces is enough, they are beyond the beauty expected, but the reassurance my unexpected splurge was not some crazy purchase lets me know I'll enjoy and treasure them years to come as much as I love them now.

I am OBSESSED with my wedding band from the ring pal!!! I got the 4 ct emerald band and it's gorgeous!! I also got a pair of earrings that I adore. Their customer service is amazing.
