Fabulous service from ordering to delivery of my recliner chair. Very helpful and courteous gentleman on the phone as I had a couple of questions before ordering. Delighted with my recliner chair with footstool. Would definitely order from his company again.

Absolutely brilliant. The two chairs we ordered are superb quality and just what we were looking for. We were kept informed at all times and delivery was impeccable a white glove service with over shoes before entering. We’re so delighted we have ordered a sofa to match the chairs.

I called this Company to ask advice on which remote I would need as things had changed, the gent I spoke to was very helpful and gave the information I needed. As I had checked for prices this Company at the time were the cheapest I could find. I ordered the remote immediately as I needed it quickly, it arrived mega quick and price included postage. (No postal strikes at the time).
I would 100% recommend this company.

Delivery arrived at a ridiculously early hour (7.10am) preceded by a phone call at an unacceptable time of 7 am. given that it was supposed to be delivered between 8.18 am and 11.18 am.
Deliverers removed boxing but failed to take away interior packaging.
Deliverer failed to show or demonstratehow to use chair.

First of all I state that I have no affiliation or other connection to The Recliner Store and/or the Celebrity chair manufacturer and so this review is my own opinion of my experience in purchasing a chair through The Recliner Store.

Now that is out of the way, down to the review; I have been looking for a replacement chair after the one I had needed to be replaced. I did my research online and looked at a number of companies. I had sales people to the home and have to be honest it became a challenge to find one as “other companies” were quoting ridiculous sums for just a chair.

I have a back and knee injury and so I wanted a “rise & recline” but also the massage and heat features. I found the Recliner Store online and checked out the website. I was looking for a leather chair and settled on the Celebrity Somersby model as I could add the extras that I wanted. I was happy with the price and so placed the order.

There was a delay of a number of months for delivery due to the fact that it needed to be made to my specifications but to be fair the Recliner Store were up front and explained this and so it was not really an issue.

When the chair was ready I had a message to confirm a suitable date and time. On the morning of the delivery I received a call to say it was on its way.

I live on a property with a number of steps but the delivery service was excellent, two delivery men and no issues, it was brought into the living room, placed exactly where I wanted it and it was set up and checked as working before they left.

So in summary a great quality chair and excellent customer service from “The Recliner Store”. I would highly recommend.

Excellent from start to finish nothing was too much trouble when i spoke to the gentleman on the phone easy to order. Excellent delivery time the 2 gentleman that delivered our chairs were a pleasure to have in our home. The two riser recliners we bought are really comfy and very well made and comfortable. I'd have no hesitation recommending this company.

The customer service was excellent. We had made an appointment and everything was ready when we arrived. There was a selection of chairs to try and advice on how to use them. Also as we lived locally same day delivery was available.
