Can’t recommend the recliner store enough.. you can totally rely on this company to provide an excellent service. Everything was straightforward. I ordered a chair for my mum and she’s delighted with it. Gary was excellent and the chair arrived ahead of schedule. The delivery team were great too. They liaised with us re delivery date and time, assembled the chair and took away all the packaging.

From the start easy to pick 2 chairs and get tge right sizes, and colour. The person who helped,( Gary) was polite and knew how to help with my order, I was very impressed how long it took, and how easy for payment, and got email straight away. On how much I had given in money, and the chair company didn't hassle you in buying the items. Kept us up to date, the delivery fellows was polite and very helpful. Would buy from the furniture store again .

Gary is really helpful. The first chair was damaged and after a quick conversation with him we decided it was the wrong chair anyhow so I ordered two cloud zero - we absolutely love them. They are not inexpensive but worth every penny. The delivery people are great and really helpful too.

Kept informed at every stage, delivery well organised and efficient. excellent service and we are very happy with the chair.

Gary was extremely helpful even though I contacted well outside the advertised working hours. He answered all my questions and the chair was delivered within days.

Right here we go with a review.

I first saw and tried the same chair in a different department store with a discount price tag of £2250 (Without the lumber support and head rest.)
I found the Recliner store on the internet.
I phoned and spoke to a guy called Gary.
Was this guy pleasant efficient and knowledgeable …YES
He told me that it was manufacture in England with a 5 yr guarantee which I really liked.
He told me the delivery date would be 6 to 7 weeks. which it was.
Was it delivered. erected and the packaging taken away …YES
Now about the chair.
Is it well made….YES
Am I pleased I added the head rest and Lumber support …YES
Is it comfortable…YES …very
Is it easy to operate…YES.
Do I like the Reset button.. .YES
Am I satisfied with the Price I paid …YES
Am I glad I bought it …YES
If for any unforeseen circumstances it went missing would I buy another from the recliner store….YES.

Gary went above and beyond to have a recliner delivered to mum very quickly, regardless of going on holiday! The chair is beautiful, a great quality and lovely match to existing furniture.
I would highly recommend them for outstanding customer service.

I was interested in purchasing a Celebrity Furniture 3 piece suite and contacted the Recliner Store in Bradford who arranged a visit to the showroom. This company is tin by Gary who was really very helpful and we chose the Woburn suite. This was an excellent choice in antique brown leather which arrived 9 weeks later a promised. Cannot fault the Recliner Store and Gary was brilliant with me for which I thank him whole heartrdly. He is a lovely man to deal with. Thank you Gary.

Dealing with these guys is like dealing with your local corner shop! Very helpful and understanding of exactly what you need. We ordered a couple of riser/recliners in a material new to us and chatted with them about it having had a sample. They took a deposit only and would not take balance of payment until we received them and were happy. Delivery was also excellent and friendly so all good there too! Would highly recommend them for your needs as online purchases of such large items can come with lots of issues, but none here so a Big 5 Stars from us!

I ordered a remote for my recliner have payed £124 for it have phoned them up and all I get is a person saying very busy will phone you back 6 hours later still unable to get a response

After shopping around for a celebrity three piece suite in leather (Hollingwell). Came across The Recliner Store. Rang to make an appointment with Gary,we met on the appointment day went through what we required Gary gave us a very good price placed the order. Gary then gave us a delivery date of 10 weeks which was kept to. Very satisfied with the new suite. Bought a Denver recliner from The Recliner Store and was sent direct from GFA who import for the UK market.There was a definite off vertical angle as well as the seat having been stuffed one side thinner than the other. TRS passed the problem to GFA who 'fixed' it by sending me 3 year old parts that were from a previously assembled chair - probably a return or a showroom chair. Obviously not acceptable so GFA did send suitable replacements. It took time to change the parts and very poor communication (NILL) where the least should have been an apology. Not impressed.

Gary was very helpful and patient taking the time to explain the different models suitable to my needs. He took time out to demonstrate them at his showroom, including sharing fabric swatches to help me make a decision.
Delivery timescales were met and the deliverymen were friendly and professional.
My new suite exceeds my expectations in my newly decorated room.

I dealt with Gary Little for the purchase of a riser/recline chair and it was a pleasure dealing with him. At all times he was very professional yet friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Ordered my sofa . Was given a date for delivery. Arrived on time. Lovely quality. I didn't have to pay the balance till after delivery and was pleased with everything.

This firm is spot on. Really straightforward transaction. I ordered a riser recliner in leather for my 80 year old mother and she is delighted and she's really difficult to please. A top quality item for a great price. I called Gary and talked through order but could have ordered on line also. Delivery all as planned. Arrived on time, set it all up with demo, took all the packing away and the old chair.
